Javacanou is a modern, 3-bedroom Villa based in the quiet area of Marigot in St Barts. This villa offers panoramic views over a serene bay and is not far from the white sandy beach. The property is surrounded by lush green plants, especially in high season, when the land is most vibrant. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests across the modern interiors that blend out onto a large terrace. The location is ideal as it is only a short fifteen-minute drive from St-Jean, and access to the St-Jean private beach.

Step out onto the terrace and enjoy the endless views a day in, day out. Lounge out on the sunbeds under the warm sun or retreat to the covered terrace where a raised sunbed sway peacefully. The pool expands across the front of the terrace and almost looks as if it blends into the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Along the side of the terrace is a private stairway that leads you to your very own secluded beach garden. Here you will find water sports equipment, sun loungers, and a barbeque area. This is a great spot to unwind and let the sounds of the sea lull you into relaxation.

Inside this glistening villa, on the pool level, you will find an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living room holds large plush sofas and the walls are graced in fine arts. There is a large screen TV opposite the sofas. Behind this is the dining and kitchen area. This spacious room enjoys a contemporary ambience, overlooking the pool and terrace. Here you can dine formally (you can also dine out on the terrace, a great way to entertain your guests!). The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use during your stay. Along with the cabinets is a secret hidden pantry. The room enjoys soothing air-conditioning with tiled floors and white walls which all keep the main living space refreshing and light.

The entrance of the villa leads you into an elegant staircase, with the living area downstairs and upstairs you will find the luxurious bedrooms. The bedrooms are all double rooms each boasting their own private en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are bright, with white furnishings and each feature a different colour. One of the rooms embraces a bold turquoise hue, with curtains and cushions laced throughout this contemporary space. Each room enjoys sea views and includes TVs and inbuilt sound systems.

The location is ideal as it is only a short fifteen-minute drive from St-Jean, and access to the St-Jean private beach. This is one of the most sought-after locations on the island. St-Jean offers a wide range of shops and restaurants. You can dine along the beach and watch some fun fashion shows as you enjoy delicious food. On Sundays make your way to Nikki Beach for a great beach party atmosphere. Have a drink at the bar, dance with your friends or slip into the turquoise waters of Nikki Beach – the choice is yours!

The beaches here in St Barts are stunning. A favourite of ours is Colombier Beach, as it is off the beaten track. This beach requires a 20-minute walk along the coast, but it makes this secluded and quiet beach so worthwhile. The water is crystal clear, and the sand is sugar fine. You can even hire a private charter to sail along the island and stop at this captivating beach, sail onto the shore (or swim!) and enjoy this wonderfully preserved paradise. We recommend bringing an umbrella for shade if you intend to spend a long day Colombier.

The island hosts an array of fun activities and excursions for you to enjoy during your stay. One of the best places to visit is Gustavia, the capital of the island. This yacht-filled marina is lined in designer shops and smaller boutiques filled with Caribbean treasures. The town also holds a profusion of fine dining opportunities, which is great for dinner as you overlook the marina dotted in sparkling lights.
