Previously owned by artist Jasper Johns, this unique property was designed and built in the mid-70s by the celebrated post-modern architect Philip Johnson. The entire property boasts interesting perspectives. Lovely architectural lines and natural stone walls create these. Surrounded by natural foliage and lush trees; this home will be an oasis for you and your guests. Along the front of the villa, a veranda frames the stunning sea view over the water, and to the rear, a peaceful garden is enclosed by natural stone walls.

A comfortable and cozy poolside lounge with large teak day beds offers a further shaded area, and an ornamental pool adds to the zen-like tranquillity of the garden. This is the perfect place to spend hot afternoons under the Caribbean sun.

The interior, with its lofty high ceiling, has large glass sliding doors on one side that run for almost the entire room, opening out to the terrace and filling the room with a magnificent 180-degree view of the water. The large floor-to-ceiling screen doors overlook the walled garden and open to a covered dining terrace on the opposite side.

The living area in Jasper includes a TV area with a large comfortable couch at one end. Here you and your guests can have movie nights or just relax in each other’s company. At the opposite end, the light oak kitchen and white quartz-topped center island turn food prep into a convivial and social occasion. The kitchen features all the modern appliances for a gourmet cooking experience. Prepare meals inspired by the flavors of the island, guaranteed to have your mouth watering. You can request a private chef to come to the villa and create delicious meals that all guests will enjoy.

Three bedrooms complete the interior space. Two bedrooms adjacent to the main living area boast views across the water. The third bedroom to the rear of the house is accessed from the garden offering extra privacy for guests if they wish.
