Welcome to villa Jardin which is a beautiful 5 bedroom modern villa located on the Tuscan coastline of Italy. This property is part of the exclusive estate called Pineta di Roccamare which includes other luxury villas, all very private. Even though you are surrounded by beautiful tall pine trees which give you that feeling of solitude, you are still only a short walk from the pristine waters and sandy beaches of Maremma.

This luxury villa rental is the perfect getaway for families or a group of friends seeking a relaxing sun kissed holiday in Tuscany, near the sea and away from the crowds. This region called Maremma offers not only crystal clear sea waters, lovely beaches, unspoiled green lush landscapes and great sunshine but also the finest food and cultural experiences. The nearby enchanting towns of Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala, and surrounding villages offer great entertainment for those wishing to get sporty: golfing, riding, hiking are all available, as well as yachting, sailing and, of course, fantastic restaurants.

The main house is set over three levels, as you enter through the main doors you are met by a large entrance hall; the villa is very bright and modern with little hints or rustic Tuscany throughout it. There is a light elegant reception rooms which moves into the dining room. Here you have seating for 10 guests with a wood burning oven and double doors leading out onto the patio area. There is a lovely kitchen with all modern appliances for you to cook up a feast. Organising a chef to come and cook for you is also available and is a must enjoyable evening.

There are five elegant bedrooms in this villa with the master bedroom being en suite. These all have ceiling fans and gorgeous views of the surrounding area. One this to note is the there is no air-conditioning in this villa. The cool sea breeze rolls up from the bay and keep the house cool. The villa also features a large roof terrace which is great for sunbathing during the day or pre dinner drinks in the evening. There is a rustic style pizza oven and an outdoor BBQ for your enjoyment as well – both an all time favourite when it comes to entertaining and cooking with friends and family!

For those of you who are the sporty type, the villa has a fully equipped gym for your pleasure. The doors of this room open back so the cool sea breeze hits your face when you are working up a sweat and cools you down. The laundry room is located next door which is used by the staff.

While staying at Villa Jardin you are a 3 minute stroll away from the sandy beach. Here you will have your own private beach hut for your enjoyments. The beach is beautiful and stretches on for miles and is complimented by two hotel resorts where you can purchase food and beverages daily.
