Welcome to Island House, a beautiful 3-bedroom villa located in the beautiful Sandy Bay area of Jamaica. This home will be a base for you and your guests from which you can explore all that the beautiful island of Jamaica has to offer. From beautiful beaches and a wonderful culture, you will never grow bored in Jamaica.
Just 15 mins from Sangster International airport, Island House is located in the ultra-exclusive Tryall Club, where privacy reigns supreme. Island House, a ranch-style Villa, and the perfect vacation space for family living is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on Copperwood Drive. This serene, easy, breezy, comfortable space is surrounded by beautiful, well-manicured, landscaped gardens.
The villa is split between a two-bedroom main house and a one-bedroom master cottage which are immediately adjacent to each other. Both spaces enjoy spectacular ocean views.
The master suite has a king mahogany bed and a private patio with breathtaking sea views. The remaining two bedrooms are in the main house, each having its’ own private en suite bathroom. One bedroom carries a king-sized bed and the other two twin beds. The contemporarily furnished living room, smartly designed for relaxing is adjacent to the indoor dining spaces. Both enjoy ocean views and are open to the long Veranda which runs the entire length of the main house which also has captivating views of the changeable Caribbean Sea.
The relaxing Veranda space is furnished with multiple seating groups and a ten-seater dining table, the perfect setting to commune with family and friends. The outdoor pool deck is lavishly furnished with the finest outdoor Teak lounge chairs which overlook the swimming pool and the well-manicured expansive lawn, perfect for children at play. There are flat-screen TVs in each of the bedrooms, Living room and Veranda, perfect for family outdoor movie night. The Villa has SONOS throughout to create the perfect soundtrack for your vacation.

An escape where you never need to visit a grocery store, prepare a meal, where a team of nannies is available to entertain the children and all you need consider is whether to bask languidly in the private swimming pool, take an active tennis lesson, join your husband for a round of golf, skim the waves on a Hobie Cat, gather your thoughts on an early morning jog around our blissfully quiet estate, explore a nature trail or simply do nothing at all.
This is the Tryall Club, home to an informally luxurious wellness lifestyle that is as unique as it is different and one where classical, warm Jamaican hospitality prevails.
The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a temporary membership fee of US$130 (plus 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 or older, or US$26 (plus 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days.
