The villa is a short five-minute drive from the nearby village and is ideally located between Pisa and Florence. The property can accommodate up to twelve guests and consists of the main villa and the additional annex.

Based on a private estate just a mile away from Palaia, Villa Ilaria features lavish interiors and expansive exteriors. The property was recently restored and designed, reflecting a top-class villa rental. The main villa and the annex both include two floors, and each offers their own separate living areas. This provides you and your guests more freedom and space to relax during your stay. The contemporary style is laced with key traditional pieces and architectural details that make the property unique and breathtaking. Form the comfortable furniture to the caramelized-wood beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, the villa attends to each and every detail.

The villa indulges in a modern, Tuscan design throughout. The soft beige exteriors harmonize with the Italian countryside that is bursting with vivacious greenery. The surrounding gardens are vibrant with potted orange trees, and the fresh breeze is tinged with the sweet floral scents. Making your way into the two-story villa you will discover the spacious living room based on the ground floor. The living room enjoys access out onto the terrace and is a bright airy room, fitted with high-vaulted ceilings and smooth terracotta floor. The ceiling is built using a red brick arched ceiling and creates a charming, rustic ambiance for you to indulge in. The space features a soft, neutral color palette, and fitted with two plush sofas and armchairs. The dining room accommodates up to ten of your guests along the smooth polished, wooden table. The room enjoys views over the surrounding gardens and valley. Through the door you will find the fully equipped kitchen, designed with red and beige tiled walls and a large breakfast bar at its center, seating an additional three guests. The kitchen includes appliances such as double ovens, American size refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave oven, and an additional sink. The villa includes a fun games room, perfect for young children. The room includes a card table, books, board games, chess, dominoes, a flat-screen TV and a PS3 gaming system.

The Annex provides a separate living area that includes a profusion of amenities. The living area is flooded with light and indulges in garden views. The room is fitted with plush sofas which sit opposite a large plasma screen TV. The annex has its own private kitchen and includes appliances such as a spacious oven, stove, dishwasher, built-in refrigerator, and a microwave.

The villa indulges in an expansive terrace and pool terrace embedded on a lower tier of the garden. The upper terrace is laced with comfortable outdoor seating and a quaint alfresco dining table. Lounge out on the terrace as the sun shines above you, or pop open the parasols to cast some soothing shade. Slip into the silky waters of the 12m x 6.5m pool if you get too warm or to unwind. You can dry off on the sun loungers as you let the warm breezes skim across your skin. During your stay, treat your taste buds to a light lunch overlooking the pool. The estate also has its own vegetable garden which provides seasonable produce. Simply ask the gardener to pick some for you. Spark up the barbeque or light the wood-burning oven for some traditional Italian pizzas in the afternoon. Dine inside overlooking the terrace or alfresco, the choice is yours. Wherever you are on the terrace, soak in the incredible countryside as you experience this serene Italian vacation.

The villa has a total of six luxurious bedrooms, each featuring its own private en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are uniquely decorated and designed, with the views of the surrounding landscape and valley at its core. In the main villa, along with the first floor, you will find the lavish master bedroom. The room is fitted with a Queen-sized wrought iron bed and plasma screen TV, while the large en-suite includes an exquisite Jacuzzi bathtub, spacious shower, and dual vanity. The first guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and the room offers you a separate study area with a computer, sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The second and third guest bedrooms are fitted with Queen-sized beds however, bedroom three can be converted into a twin room is desired. Each of the three guest bedrooms includes a spacious shower in the private en-suites.

The additional Annex is based beside the main villa and includes a further two guest bedrooms. The two bedrooms offer queen-sized beds and the private en-suites are equipped with large showers.
