Spread across 5 magnificent floors, this home allows ample space for all guests, ensuring privacy for all members of your party. The 1000m2 house and 2500m2 garden allow for endless possibilities for you and your guests. This home can also be used as a filming location or a home for private events like a wedding. The home comes fully equipped with a photography studio and a makeup zone. Utilize the space and unique home you have been given and create wonderful photos and film.

The outdoor area of this home is one of the best features of this villa. The views alone are enough to make you never want to leave. Your private pool is a great place to enjoy the sunset over the Mediterranean in the evening. As well as a large pool, the outdoor area is also equipped with a waterfall, artificial river, fishpond, and an area where you and your guests can chill out relax as it offers many seating areas.

This wonderful home is spread across five floors each featuring either bedrooms, living areas, a kitchen, or the photography studio. The ground floor of this home is large garage doors and a studio and dressing area (not included in villa price). Make your way up to the first floor where you can find a machine room with a washing and iron service.

The second floor is where you can find the first room, a suite with its own bathroom. On the third floor is another four guest rooms, two of which are suites. All bedrooms in this home are comfortable and luxurious, each boasting a unique style and cosy furnishings. The third floor is also home to the large 130m2 fully equipped and modern gym. If you wish to stay fit and active on vacation this home can accommodate this.

The third floor also has a large office with a table of more than metres and an exit to the vertical garden (computers not included). This garden is wonderfully decorated and features the natural rock of the mountain that was preserved when the house was built.

On the fourth floor, you can find the large master suite with an extra-large king-size bed. This room has large windows facing the sea, and underwater windows facing the pool. This unique design makes this room incredibly beautiful as well as light and spacious. The fourth floor is also home to a terrace with a swing and sofas, all offering sea and garden views as well as a glassed Turkish Bath, a large rain-effect shower and a massage bed. All the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation.

The fifth and final floor boasts an open-plan living room with large windows and allowing the natural light inside your home all day. The living room is decorated with a custom-made one-piece steel table without central legs, a large Arabic style sofa from Roche Bobois with an 87” television embedded in a wall that imitates a bank's safe deposit box. The 5th floor also contains the kitchen and pantry with stainless steel countertops and an American double fridge. The Kitchen has a large window facing the swimming pool.

Ibiza Style Barcelona’s five floors are all connected by the main elevator and glass and forge staircase. This allows access for all guests, young and old.

Policies:
• Behaviour:
The User is responsible for the behaviour of him/her, and any third party interconnected with the User in the accommodation and any effects caused by the behaviour. Spanish law punishes people for the noise at night or inappropriate events. In case of disrespectful behaviour, the police can intervene and order the eviction of the occupants. We insist on the obligation to behave properly and respect the rights and tranquillity of the neighbours. For any serious violation hereof, the Owner reserves the right to break the contract between him or her and the User without any notice and without refunding the rent fully or partially.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the whole house. The penalty for breaking this rule will be €2000.
• Pets are not allowed in the whole house and garden. The penalty for breaking this rule will be €2000.
• Check-in / Check out the standard check-in time is 16:00 pm up to 21:00 pm and the checkout is before 11:00 am.
• Extra check-in or check-out can incur additional charges at the discretion of the Owner. The check-in arrangements shall be agreed on directly with the Owner.
• Extra set of bed linen and towels per week, €50
• Parties are prohibited. The penalty for breaking this rule will be €2000.
• Music restrictions:
- Weekend’s maximum 00:00 am. Inside the house with all the windows closed, there are no restrictions.
- Weekdays 23:00 pm maximum
• Non-rental staff, anyone outside the rental is prohibited from entering unless the property is notified and accepted.
• 5,000 Euros safety deposit
• Lost Keys. If the client loses the main key to the villa, we'll have to change the machinery to prevent any robbery and the cost is €3600 that we'll take from the safe deposit directly
