Lovely Villa in the ever popular Mullins Bay complex
We're very happy to recommend Hummingbird to our guests who love being within a short stroll of the beach but with the peace of mind of a gated development. I loved the terrace, outdoor space at Hummingbird, it's great for alfresco dining with the bbq and it has direct access onto the pool area through a gate. Guests can book Hummingbird as a 3 or 4bed villa. I loved the master bedroom on the top floor with a great balcony. It's good to know that guests have beach access on Mullins Beach which is literally a 3 minute walk away. We enjoyed visiting Mullins beach bar & also Sea Shed which is also just up the beach -great for a beach lunch or sundowner! For those who love taking long walks you can stroll from Mullins beach all the way down onto Gibbs beach when the tide is low. Very happy to recommend to our guests.

Welcome to Hummingbird a beautifully appointed luxury 4 bedroom townhouse located one-minute walk from the exquisite beach at Mullins Bay in a wonderfully quiet and private gated community.
Humming Bird features four air-conditioned bedrooms over three floors with direct access from the garden to a stunning free-form swimming pool that is shared with just 7 other townhouses. The house is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the wonderfully friendly and relaxed island of Barbados.
Positioned at entry-level is a spacious living room, which opens onto a patio providing casual seating and dining areas that overlook the private courtyard gardens. A modern, well-equipped kitchen, along with a guest bedroom and bathroom, is also located at this level.
There are 4 beautiful and elegant bedrooms. The first floor accommodates two-bedroom suites which open onto a balcony overlooking the garden and shared lagoon-style swimming pool. The master suite, featuring a bathroom with a separate tub and shower, walk-in closet, and private balcony, encompasses the entire second floor.
Mullins Bay beach which is just one minute on foot is a truly stunning beach. Here you will enjoy swimming in the incredibly warm and calm azure sea, sunbathing on the pristine beach, or just resting in the shade of a palm tree. Guests can hire sun loungers from local vendors or from Sea Shed restaurant. You will also be able to avail of a wide variety of water sports. There is an excellent selection of beach bars and restaurants within walking distance. Speightstown is just a few minute's drive from Mullins View where there is a good selection of shops including a supermarket, bakery, and bank. Holetown where you will find some of the best restaurants on the Island together with plenty of local and designer shopping is also just a couple of miles away.

Just so that you feel totally pampered, Humming Bird comes with our wonderful housekeeper who will be on hand to look after you 5 days per week. If you do decide to leave the sanctuary that is Mullins View, there is an incredible selection of wonderful beachside restaurants just a short drive away.
