Welcome to Hog Creek Point by Exceptional Villas, our stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach house, that can sleep up to 8 guests. Hog Creek Point as the name suggests is located at the tip of Hog Creek Point making it an a truly tranquil retreat. This beautiful home invites the outdoors in with 180 degree views of the breathtaking Gardiners Bay, as well as access to the private Clearwater Beach. And its only a short drive into town.
Hog Creek Point Villa is all about the views of the ocean. Even the contemporary décor has used neutral colours, so as not to distract from the stunning views. The house has an open floor plan, which has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. With plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar with two stools, so that you can keep the cook company whilst they prepare a hearty feast after a day on the beach!
The kitchen area also has a fireplace with a wicker beach style chair and a casual table with seating for 4 positioned by the floor to ceiling windows, so you can enjoy the view as you linger over your morning coffee, or head out onto the deck for some fresh sea air.
Although this home really is the perfect beach retreat, if you are planning to celebrate a special occasion or just fancy being spoilt in the comfort of your beachfront home, your dedicated Exceptional Villas Concierge would be delighted to arrange a Private Chef to come to the home to prepare and serve a delicious meal for you and your guests to enjoy, just sit back, relax and enjoy that amazing ocean view.
From the kitchen you move into the dining area and living area, which benefits from large glass windows and sliding doors that open onto the deck that runs the full length of the house. The dining area has a dining table and comfortable seating for 8 guests. There is also an oversized wraparound couch, positioned to maximise the ocean views!
Hog Creek Point Villa has a comfortable living room upstairs that has a flat screen TV, a sofa and two armchairs, plus additional sleeping with a twin over double bunk.
This stunning beach house has four bedrooms, two of which are located on the main floor and the other two bedrooms upstairs. The two upstairs bedrooms both have sliding glass doors that lead out onto a private deck that overlooks the backyard and the bay.

Area description
Hog Creek Point is located near the village of East Hampton, a thriving summer resort. East Hampton is one of the most extravagant Hamptons villages and is noted for its lovely beaches, fine food and shopping. It has a selection of museums including Pollock-Krasner House, where Jackson Pollack painted is masterpieces. You can still see the paint splattered floor of his studio, plus exhibits on Pollock and his wife, fellow artist Lee Krasner.
Just six miles away is Amagansett. A small hamlet in the town of East Hampton, offering all the charm of the Hamptons but much more down to earth in its character. The name Amagansett comes from the Native American word meaning ‘place of good water’. The main street, is a designated historic district, which has retained many original buildings which are private residences but it also has plenty of shops and good restaurants – no fast-food! Amagansett Square is a quaint outdoor shopping area, right in the heart of the town. It often hosts special events for the community, including outdoor concerts, movies on the green and lots of fun for children.
There is plenty to do and see in Amagansett, from the beautiful Indian Wells Beach to the Napeague State Park, with plenty of tours to discover more either by boat or bicycle. Not to be missed is Miss Amelia’s Cottage and Roy Lester Carriage Museum, built in 1725 and full of colonial antiques, the museum contains artifacts and exhibits charting life in Amagansett from the colonial period to the 20th century. The Roy Lester Carriage Museum is located in a barn at the rear of the property and displays locally made horse-drawn carriages.
