The stylishly appointed villa is perched on a waterfront hillside providing exceptional views of the Caribbean Sea. Set on a 1.5-acre harbourside promontory, the property was built by the Royal Artillery Engineers on a 200-year-old cannon platform, providing 270-degree panoramic views of the harbour. The stone base forms the ground floor of the Great House, which has been rebuilt in the original style of a Georgian seaside residence with a wooden shingle roof, dormer windows, and balconies. The signal tower now serves as an observation post, the powder magazine has been repurposed to store the sunloungers instead of cannonballs, and the old stables have been replaced with the separate self-contained Guest Cottage.

The villa's expansive pool has both a shallow and deep end, as well as a diving board to keep your guests of any age entertained. You can try swimming a few laps before breakfast or unwind on one of the poolside loungers with a good book while the kids splash about all afternoon. The covered BBQ area is great for cooking up a fun family meal to enjoy in the outdoor dining area. On the other side of the veranda, there is a cozy sitting area furnished with a table, sofas, and armchairs. From here, you can sit out in the cool evening breeze, sipping on a delicious after-dinner cocktail, taking in the surrounding views of one of the most beautiful parts of the island of Antigua.

Harbour villa is elegantly appointed in a modern style with antique designs, which fuse together to create a warm and casual atmosphere. The Great Room opens directly out into the veranda, allowing a fresh breeze to flow through. This also allows you and your guests to make the most of the relaxed indoor-outdoor island style of living. The living room is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a wall-mounted flat-screen TV as well as a plush sofa set and comfy chairs, perfect for a quiet evening in. A game room with table games and an HD television provides your guests with a separate space to hang out. The kitchen is set at an angle to the room and is equipped with professional-grade appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler, and other small appliances and utensils; a comfortable dining table is also in the room.
