The Harbour Villas are in a superb location. They have stunning views of the Rodney Bay Marina as well as being a 1 minute walk to Reduit Beach in Rodney bay. There are so many things to do here and it is so close to all the wonderful shops and restaurants here. No 17 is a really nice condo perfect for a family.

Welcome to our elegant 3 bedroom townhouse Harbour number 17 located in the heart of the Rodney Bay Marina. Harbour number 17 is located within a development of townhouses called the Harbour.The Harbour is situated in fully landscaped gardens ad swimming pool set amidst the lush tropical foliage.
This gorgeous townhouse is situated on the ground floor of the building enabling you to directly access the communal pool with a spectacular view of the Marina.Rodney Bay marina hosts a wide variety of impressive sailing boats and luxury yachts located directly at your doorstep. The town house is within walking distance from all Rodney Bay has to offer from duty free shopping, delicious restaurants, night life, shopping Mall’s to Reduit Beach which hosts a variety of water sport activities.
On entering the townhouse you are greeted with a bright fresh feel as you walk into the open plan living room, kitchen and dining room decorated beautifully in nautical style. The French doors lead onto the patio and waterfront for clear uninterrupted views. A refreshing sea breeze circulates the room creating a cool feel. This tranquil family area is also fully air conditioned. For guests use there is a large communal pool available.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms both fully air conditioned with ensuite bathrooms and showers and equipped with cable TVs. Bedroom one is very spacious with a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds which is ideal for 2 children or it can also be joined together to make a king size bed.
Upstairs is the very spacious master bedroom with a luxurious king size bed and ensuite bath and shower. It boasts its very own private balcony with amazing views of Rodney Bay Marina. Patio doors also allow for a fresh sea breeze to enter the room but this room is also fully air conditioned. Above the room there is also a very private studio which could be used for peaceful reading or relaxing as well as additional sleeping.

Our wonderful housekeeper Marcela will be on hand to look after you Monday – Friday 9 am - 1 pm and there is also Nightly Watchman

Fantastic villa in ideal location
This villa was ideal for a holiday with extended family. It's big, bright and very well equipped. As a family with 3 young children, we appreciated the toys and stair gates. The kitchen is big enough to cook properly and is well equipped. There are restaurants in easy reach of you don't fancy cooking. The location couldn't be better- shops and cafes right outside the gates. Housekeeping, gardening and security is good. All in all an excellent choice.
It was perfect for my family
Hi Aine, We thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful villa. It was perfect for my family. The only issue we had was when we arrived, we did not have Wifi. Illtyd came Sunday morning to try and fix it, but found out the modem went bad. She could not get a new modem until Monday morning at the FLOW store. Once she hooked up the new modem, we had Wifi. That was the best Illtyd could do, so I appreciate her response and actions. Our housekeeper, Ester, was just fantastic. She did a great job of keeping everything clean. We were very happy with the villa and appreciate the follow up. Also, a big thank you to Sinead, who made sure any questions we had before our trip were answered and made all our transfer arrangements from the airport to the villa and back. Everything went well with the transfers. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your villa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! The villa was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The location was excellent being close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The pool was rather small; however, we were fortunate as each time we used it, there was no one else there. We would definitely return to St. Lucia for a second vacation without hesitation.
