Welcome to Happy Hour, the newest 7-bedroom modern luxury villa located on the beautiful Discovery Bay shore in Jamaica. The architecture and design of this stunning villa, which is a 13,000 square feet building, are highlighted by luxurious and contemporary finishing touches. It is a resort in itself with all the amenities it offers. Definitely, the place to be if you want to spend quality time with family and friends without the need of going anywhere else for entertainment.

This beautiful property is located in the gated community of Fortlands Road in Discovery Bay, where villas have private sandy waterfronts with calm clear blue swimming areas and the bay beyond, which offers the best snorkeling, kayaking, or paddleboarding in the area.

On arrival through the oversized bespoke Jamaican-made door, surrounded by crystal clear pools and fountains, you find yourself in a double-height entrance hall that welcomes you into the main indoor & outdoor living areas with beach and bay views comparable to none.

Decorated in contemporary muted tones throughout, comfort abounds in this home away from home. The formal dining area is curtained by a wall of windows, allowing the sounds of the fountains to murmur through the villa. To the right, you find the comfortable sitting room, furnished with soft, deep leather sofas and the perfect place to spend some time together with a nice glass of chilled white wine and good conversation. Both areas capture the Tradewinds breeze, keeping the villa cool at all times and giving guests a respite from the warm days in the sun.

Walk directly through one of three, 25ft doors onto the outdoor covered terrace. It offers a lovely alfresco dining area and seating for pre-dinner drinks which can be prepared at the large bar. This is set up with an 86” TV for watching your favorite games and a JUTA D6 cappuccino/espresso station to keep you awake for the late, late-night show you like to watch.

Happy Hour proposes inside/outside living at its best. The covered terrace leads to the infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, more dining options for casual lunches or afternoon snacks, a gazebo overlooking the pool, a hot tub, and grassy lawn that borders the 150ft beach below, accessed by a 30ft wide set of steps. Definitely a resort within your own vacation home.

The professional kitchen, where the Chef & Pastry Chef can prepare the most incredible meals for you is located on the ground floor of the house. This floor also houses two of the bedrooms, including one of the master bedroom suites and the steam & sauna room. Both of these bedrooms have an over-the-water private terrace through which you can access the main outdoor living areas too.

The upper level has five bedrooms, including the second master bedroom suite, two king-sized bedrooms, one bedroom with two queen-sized beds, all with ocean views and private balconies, the fifth bedroom has three queen-sized beds and faces the gardens and tennis court. All bedrooms have walk-in closets and modern en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Some bedrooms also have soaking tubs for some relaxation time before bed.

The beautiful artwork throughout the villa, many by re-known Jamaican artists, deserves a special highlight in this description as it is stunning and complementary to the overall glamorous feel of this home.



On the upper level, you will also find a massage/spa room with a garden facing balcony, a super sumptuous media room with a 96” TV and its own entertaining balcony, a JUTA D6 cappuccino/espresso station, and a games room with a pool table, arcade basketball, Pacman and foosball table.

The front of the Villa is home to a full tennis court/pickleball court – lit for nighttime play, a fully equipped air-conditioned gym, and a large lawn for games and fun. This home offers entertainment for all ages and can cater to all kinds of preferences when thinking about how to occupy your free time.

After a hectic day, our recommendation is to walk down the seaside jetty to a covered ocean side gazebo furnished with amazingly comfortable seating, a bar, and a sundeck for sundowners or a shady place for an afternoon snooze.

Happy Hour luxury villa houses 7 stunning and spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Some of the amenities common to all are quiet remote control air conditioning, ceiling fans, 54” flat screen HD televisions, bathroom amenities, robes & personal safes, walk-in closets, pillow menus, and duvets are also available for the winter months.
