Welcome to Hacienda del Mar, an incredibly luxurious fully staffed villa offering over 16,000 sq ft of space with 15 Suites located along the Riviera Maya in Mexico. The stunning Mexican Villa rental is located right on the sandy Fatima Bay beach in Puerto Aventuras, just one hour south of Cancun.

Villa Hacienda del Mar, Puerto Aventuras is a unique oceanfront hacienda-style villa in the Riviera Maya. Hacienda del Mar features 15 suites (14 bedrooms with ensuite bath and a den). There are 7 bedrooms in the main villa and two casitas (little houses) on the grounds (one with 4 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms plus den).

Entering the villa, you will be enchanted by the wonderful Mexican décor and wonderful artwork throughout, not to mention the amazing view of the blue Caribbean ocean beyond. The Hacienda del Mar courtyard is adorned with Mexican trinkets and artwork all inspiring a true Mexican flavour.
Walking through into the living and dining room, you will be mesmerized by the amazing views that greet you, the swimming pool overlooks the blue Caribbean ocean. The house, designed by the owners, is a masterpiece with original hacienda features, unique ornaments and wonderful Mexican art. Myriad colours combine and contrast creating a vibrant feeling of Mexico here at Hacienda del Mar Puerto Aventuras.

Upstairs there are 3 fabulous oceanfront suites with a walkout to a huge terrace that stretches the entire width of the property. Enjoy an oceanfront massage, a cocktail by the pool or just relax in luxurious surroundings. The staff of Hacienda del Mar is on hand to make sure your every wish comes true.

The snorkelling in Puerto Aventuras is fantastic; you will see bright-coloured fish and if you are lucky maybe a turtle! The villa is very close to the centre of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you’ll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and a post office. There is also a golf course, tennis facilities and skateboard park close by. Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places to visit in the area, including Mayan ruins, cenotes, stunning beaches, eco-parks Xcaret and Xel-Há, and dive into the beautiful Caribbean or cenotes.

• Damage waiver for Haciendas: non-refundable damage waiver fee of US$300 per house per stay. The damage waiver fee includes accidental damages to the property and its items in excess of “normal wear and tear” during the guest's stay. If the damages were to exceed a very unlikely $2,000 USD, the corresponding amount of the damage can be claimed by RMH and will be charged to the credit card on file.
