Welcome to Guardistallo, a charming 9-bed villa nestled in the hills of Bibbona.
Guardistallo is a beautifully restored stone farmhouse in the picturesque hills of Bibbona. It lies along a charming country road lined with mulberry bushes, weaving through the serene Magona scrubland. This idyllic setting offers a perfect escape into the Tuscan countryside.
The nearest village to the villa is Guardistallo, located in the province of Pisa on the stunning Etruscan coast, just 13 kilometers from the sea. This region is rich with charming country towns waiting to be explored. Among them is Montescudaio, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful towns in the Pisa area. Other nearby towns include Ripabella and Casale Marittimo, each offering unique cultural and historical attractions.
Guardistallo has been meticulously restored to honor Tuscan traditions, ensuring an authentic experience for its guests. The farmhouse occupies an open position, providing breathtaking 360-degree views of the surrounding countryside. The location is isolated and tranquil, perfect for a peaceful retreat. The climate is ideal from April through October, with mild winters.
The villa features a private pool that can be heated, offering spectacular views of the surrounding hills. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas and loungers, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. The pool measures six by 12 meters and is 1.50 meters deep. Adjacent to the pool is a solarium equipped with eight loungers, eight lie-lows, and four chairs.
A panoramic terrace faces south, offering stunning views and is equipped with a BBQ, loungers, umbrellas, a table, and chairs. This terrace also has a staircase leading directly to the garden. Additionally, there is another BBQ with an oven outside, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining. For those who need to stay connected, free internet is available throughout the property.

The Villa spans two levels and covers approximately 600 square meters. It can accommodate up to 16 people across two independent apartments, each featuring four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. These apartments can be connected by an internal staircase, making it convenient for larger groups. Additionally, five extra beds can be added to accommodate 21 guests.
