Welcome to the Great Bluff Estate, a 5-bedroom oceanfront villa that is perched in a gated property in the bluffs of Grand Cayman’s Northside. This recently renovated home offers lavish tiered interior and exterior living spaces. The villa can accommodate up to twelve guests and is located along the Queen Highway. This location embraces excellent snorkeling right on your beachfront backyard as well as a large elevated sundeck and freshwater swimming pool.

Great Bluff Estate indulges in exquisite architecture and chic designs. The captivating cobalt-blue tiled roof, bright white stucco exterior, and a terracotta circular driveway are all features that are unique to this luxurious villa. The home offers multiple oceanfront decks and balconies, as well as two-tiered terraces, two cabanas, and a new concrete ocean path entrance. The beach here is naturally pebbly, so the owner maintains a raked sandy area for water access. The interiors are exceptionally crafted with a two-story vaulted great room, elevated ocean views, a gourmet kitchen, a formal dining area seating ten guests, a casual dining area seating six, and a breakfast nook.

Making your way into the pool level of the villa you will notice the spacious and dramatic architecture, with high vaulted ceilings, large open rooms, and carefully crafted living areas with lavish materials. Here you will locate the pool terrace and the main outdoor living space. Walkout onto the terrace and your eyes will fall upon the freshwater pool as it lays still. Beyond that, the opulent turquoise waters glisten under the sun. You can choose whether to slip into the crisp waters of the pool or make your way down to the salt water’s edge via the secluded pathways. Large freshwater oceanfront pool with elevated views. Indulge in a morning's swim and dry off on the comfortable sun loungers both on the terrace and on the manicured and landscaped beach garden by the ocean. The terrace also has a covered veranda with a sink, fridge, and counter space. Here you can indulge in some alfresco dining. The family-style dining table can seat your guests comfortably and enjoys views of the ocean. Read a book in the peaceful swaying hammock after breakfast as you unwind and settle into holiday mode.

Inside, this level is where the main living areas are based. You can relax in the sun-filled 2-story foyer. The room opens to a multi-windowed great room that indulges in the panoramic ocean views. The room features an oceanfront sunroom with sliding doors to the tiled deck overlooking the pool. This is furnished with large sectional sofas with plenty of shade. Mounted on the wall is a large flat-screen television with cable programming. There is also an Apple TV and DVD Player. This level includes the gourmet kitchen. This space comes fully equipped and ready for you to use. During your stay, you also have the option to hire a professional chef to cater to you some luxurious meals. The open kitchen has expansive views and access to the outdoor grilling gazebo with a propane grill and outdoor dining table. This Pool level holds two of the six bedrooms. Along the East wing, you will find a comfortable queen-sized suite towards the front of the villa. There is also an oceanfront den with a queen sleeper sofa. Along the West wing, you will discover another full queen-sized suite. All of the bedrooms offer private en-suite bathrooms. The level includes additional features such as a laundry room and powder room.

The second level of the villa holds the remaining four bedrooms. The exquisite master suite is located on this floor. The king-sized room expands over 1,500 sq. ft. of the lavish spacer. The room takes up the entire west wing and includes a parlor area with a large flat-screen TV, cable programming, and Apple TV, a small study with a desk. The room's private en-suite bathroom has a luxurious large soaking bathtub and a standalone shower. Along the East wing of the second floor are two queen-sized suites. One of the rooms indulges in ocean views while the other offers lush garden views. The second-floor oceanfront balcony connects the master king and an oceanfront queen suite with sliding doors.

The lower level of the villa is where you will be able to indulge in the manicured beachfront. Walk along the beach and let the water lap onto your toes. The beach here is both pebbly and sandy. It is reef-protected which creates a marine environment of corals and grasses for all our marine life. We recommend that you wear pool shoes or swim fins when in the water and be mindful not to damage the corals. As the villa supplies you with snorkeling equipment, make the most of your stay and delve into the waters to experience the colorful palate of corals and exotic fish. You may be able to spot some eagle rays, tarpons, groupers, squids, or even some juvenile schools.

On the lower terrace of the Great Bluff estate, you will also discover more exterior living space. Here there are multiple landscaped terraces for sunbathing as well as an authentic thatched gazebo with a small propane fire pit table. In the evenings you can sit around the crackling fire with your loved ones and watch as the sun sets in the distance. Mix up a few drinks from the wet bar and nestle on the comfortable seats, sipping on your tangy drink. As the evening draws to an end and the stars lace the night sky, you can walk back up to the bedrooms and enjoy the soft Caribbean breeze.

LOCATION

The Great Bluff Estate is perched in a gated property in the bluffs of Grand Cayman’s Northside. The property is located along the Queen Highway. The beach behind Great Bluff Estates is both pebbly and sandy. This luxurious beach is reef protected which creates a marine environment of corals and grasses for all our marine life to live in! It would be appropriate to wear pool shoes or swim fins when in the water and be mindful not to damage the corals. This location offers incredible snorkeling and a shallow pool of water for you and your guests to explore. Delve into the waters to experience the vast array of underwater creatures such as rays, tarpon, grouper, squids, and juvenile schools. You can also occasionally spot the eagle rays swimming by in the clear waters from the pool deck.

The sandy shores of Barefoot Beach are easily accessible, a short minutes’ drive (1.6km) or a twenty-minute walk will lead you right to the water’s edge. Here you can relax on the sandy shoreline and indulge in some Caribbean living. It is the perfect spot to go swimming and spend a day on the powdery sands.

Great Bluff Estate offers you the perfect location where you can relax in ultimate privacy while being conveniently located within ten to fifteen minutes drive from five delicious restaurants and another five casual island lunch spots. Along with this location, you will discover two large resorts only five minutes away that also offer you further amenities and features such as manicured beaches, scuba diving, water sports, gift shops, grocery stores, plus a wine and spirits store.
