Welcome to our Grand Water villa, located the One and Only Reethi Rah, the most luxurious and exquisite resort located within the North Male' Atoll in the Maldives. This incredibly naturally beautiful island has been wonderfully preserved and turned into an exclusive exotic oasis.

Standing high on stilts, and connected to the island by over-water walkways, this 1-bedroom villa is perched right over the turquoise lagoon and offer a mesmerizing ocean views and water access.

Located on the island’s west side, the villa offers indoor-outdoor living, with a master bedroom fitted with a king-size bed, large living and dining area and chic bathroom. The locally inspired architecture is imbued with subtle Balinese touches, for décor that is authentic and elegantly understated.

The 20-metre-long infinity pool, direct lagoon access and an abundance of living space infuses this stunning over-water villa with a distinctly calming energy, inviting you to unwind and fully enjoy each other’s company. You will be compelled to enjoy the villa’s creature comforts – a lazy afternoon sunbathing in the above-water netted hammocks, followed by a refreshing rinse in the outdoor shower. LOCATION:
One&Only; Reethi Rah is in the North Malé Atoll, a jewel among a string of coral atolls, lagoons and white sands. It is one of the world’s most magical destinations. Fringed with 12 pristine beaches, clean turquoise water, and sensation ocean views - Your very own private island escape awaits.

• 44 hectares (109 acres) in area, 6 kilometres (3.7 miles) in circumference with 12 pristine beaches of soft white coral sand.
• Transfers from Velana International Airport to the resort are provided either by luxury boat (45min) or seaplane (15min).
• For convenience, time at One&Only; Reethi Rah has been set one hour ahead of Malé time, providing an extra hour of daylight (GMT+6).

The resort benefits from pleasant equatorial climate:
• November to April is light and fairly dry; May to October occasionally brings brief rain showers followed by sunshine.
• Temperatures range from mid-20s to mid-30s°C (77 to 95°F) all year.
