Welcome to our villa Grand Palms, the largest villa in the gated community of Formosa Gardens. Grand Palms features nine bedrooms and is the most exclusive and luxurious villa within the development. It has 9,500 sq ft of living area and features two movie rooms, a sports room and a gymnasium.
Grand Palms is really a stunning villa and the perfect choice for a luxurious vacation with your family or a large group. The villa has four lounge areas on the ground floor and the main lounge area overlooks the pool and lakefront.
The main lounge also features the grand sweeping staircase that instantly takes your attention when you enter the room. This room is furnished with luxurious furnishings and beautiful photos and not forgetting the 60” HDTV.
There is also a second piano lounge with more luxurious furnishings so there are plenty seating areas to sit back and relax. The morning room overlooks the pool and has seating for 14 guests to dine and is adjacent to the beautiful kitchen.
The kitchen at villa Grand Palms is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals for everyone. Our concierge can arrange a chef to come in and cook for everyone at an additional cost. The kitchen is really stunning with cream cupboards and finished with a beautiful black granite surface and a lovely breakfast bar perfect for having a quick snack throughout the day.
The amazing enclosed pool deck has a 55 ft heated pool with a hot tub, cascading waterfall and a dining table that seats up to 10+ persons. The pool area also has its own bathroom and walk in shower. There is a separate sunbathing terrace located outside the pool cage with many sun loungers and chairs. This area also has a gas grill for cooking in this area.
Grand Palms has lots of entertainment to offer their guests with a movie room on the second floor with a 150 inch screen and surround sound. The movie room has 16 plus seating and there is also an entertainment room with an Xbox 360 and Netflix movie library.
There is also a high tech multi gym on the second floor. There is an 80ft balcony with a beautiful uninterrupted lakefront view. There is also a large HDTV with an abundance of chairs and loungers and this is the perfect area to watch the amazing sunsets.
Grand Palms has 9 bedrooms in total that are all ensuite and six of these bedrooms have king size beds while two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the other bedroom has two full size beds.
Formosa Gardens consists of upscale vacation home rentals that are only minutes from Disney so the location is ideal for families and groups who are interested in Disney World. Highway 192 is only minutes from the villa and you have the Formosa gardens shopping mall and eatery that have some of the best known restaurants.

Other Information
The property has a digital lock so you will be provided with a unique code prior to arrival and you can go straight to the villa on arrival. We do recommend you hire a car while staying at the villa as it would be the best means to get around. The sales and Tourism tax is to be added onto the published rates. There is also damage insurance to be added. Housekeeping can be added upon request and at an extra cost.
