The property is breathtaking from the offset, as you enter the villa through a magnificent 6m high Andalusian archway. The archway leads you into a bright, spacious room, easily the focal point of the entire villa. this room features 6m high vaulted ceilings, and full-width sliding glass doors. Designed to give you optimal views, this space is a perfect escape from the midday heat.

This villa boasts an exceptional indoor spa complete with every possible amenity you could ever need. Ideal for summer or winter use, the spa features a large heated pool with a hydra-jet water propulsion system. There is also an 8-person sauna and full bar area with both bar and lounge seating plus a 46” satellite TV.

Enjoy the stunning panoramic views and admire the gorgeous Spanish sunsets from the outdoor swimming pool and terrace area. Boasting cozy deep-seating outdoor sofas and luxury sun loungers as well as an outdoor 8-person hot tub and the latest gym equipment. Whether you want to relax or stay active, this villa offers it all to you. The wonderful terraces and balconies are ideal for soaking up both the Spanish sun and the views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the latest, professional cookware and is spacious, bright, and features a large central cooking island with gorgeous polished granite countertops and seating.

There are two wonderful dining areas in this villa, one formal inside dining area which leads onto a large terrace, ideal for both pre and post-dinner drinks, and one informal covered outside dining area next to the outside pool and perfect for summer BBQs.

This property features 5 luxurious bedrooms in the main villa and 2 bedrooms in an independent luxury apartment. All of the bedrooms in the residence are spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. They are also all fully equipped with air conditioning and handmade teak ceiling fans, dressing tables, comfortable seating, solid-wooden furniture, and 32” TV with 140 satellite channels.

Three bedrooms suites have a separate sofa and armchairs, whilst the others have separate armchairs and tables. These allow you to work, dine or just relax in the privacy of your own room. All of the bedrooms also enjoy a private balcony/terrace or direct garden access through opening double doors. All the beds have luxury memory foam mattresses, fine Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury quilts and pillows. Comfort is achieved beyond anything you’ve ever experienced.

The villa also features an independent and private apartment. Featuring its own separate entrance, the independent luxury flat has a fully equipped kitchen, plus a living area and private terrace. This can sleep up to 8 persons, utilizing the two bedrooms plus luxury double sofa beds in the apartment’s living room. This space is perfect for a family or even a couple, seeking a more private vacation but still spending time with family and friends.

All of the bedrooms in the villa have private en-suite bathrooms, except in the apartment where a private bathroom is shared. Each bathroom is spacious and is completed with the finest Italian marble, chrome towel rails, and a range of soft cotton luxury baths and hand towels. Three bathrooms have both large showers, containing both an overhead rain shower as well as a wall shower. They also have sunken double-ended baths for a long relaxing soak in the evening. All bathrooms have large walk-in showers, with both rain and wall showers. There are also two separate guest toilets, plus a further bathroom and changing area within the indoor heated pool and spa area.

Extra Guests:
• Up to 7 additional sofa beds, with the same luxury linen, may be added to increase the occupancy to 26 persons.
• The independent luxury 2-bedroom apartment is furnished and fitted to the same high standards as the villa. It also features:

• Large open-plan living area and dining table for 6.
• A 40" LED HD TV with 200+ international satellite channels.
• A private terrace with breathtaking views.
• The apartment living area also has two luxury memory foam topped sofa beds, which in total, can comfortably accommodate 2-4 further people.
• Additional bathrooms: There are also two separate guest toilets, plus a further bathroom within the indoor heated pool and spa area.

Maximum Villa Occupancy:
The standard number of guests for Gran Villa San Pietro is 16. If required, it is possible to increase the number of guests by setting up extra beds within the existing rooms. The maximum capacity of this villa is 26 guests.
To accommodate additional people, we use luxury double sofa beds with 15cm memory foam mattresses and the same luxury linen.
If you wish to increase the number of guests over 16, we charge £34 per person per night for each additional person for rentals of 7 days or more, and £49 for shorter rental periods. Exceptions to this clause are made only for infants under 24 months old at the time of travel.

The rates are based on booking the property for 7 nights or more. Shorter stays are possible, please enquire.
