This wonderful property is nestled within beautifully maintained gardens, abounding with tropical plants, trees, and exotic flowers. Enter the residence through double antique wooden doors, an instant welcome into luxury. You will first be led into a wonderful living room featuring a 14m long and features an impressive 6m high wooden beamed ceiling. It is entered via an elevated stone walkway thus giving the villa a real sense of space, light, and calm. Several outdoor terraces wrap all around the villa letting you and your guests gather and relax on a selection of cozy outdoor sofas and sun loungers, as well as enjoy the large outdoor Jacuzzi.

The ultra-modern, fully equipped kitchen, which is every chefs’ dream, comes complete with a large central island superbly finished in ultra-thick 6cm polished stone tops, with plenty of seating around.

The grand formal dining room features a 6m high vaulted ceiling, plus private terraces for pre-dinner drinks. Informal and summer dining is on one of the outside terraces which also gives panoramic vistas. All terraces boast breath-taking views and lead directly off from the main living and dining areas. The villa is also equipped with a large stainless gas BBQ for fabulous al fresco summer BBQ parties.

A completely unique room: Gym, Sports Bar, Night Club, and Games Room. This room is the most used room in the entire villa and covers an entire floor. The private gym features professional equipment including a cross/elliptical training machine, a running/walking machine, an exercise bike, a rowing machine, a full Gold’s multi-gym with over 20 different exercises, a sit-up and exercise bench, exercise/yoga mats, exercise balls, free weights, skipping ropes, a boxing bag, and training gloves. This floor also houses a sports bar with lounge seating for 25 people, a satellite TV, a darts board, a pool table, and a table tennis table.

Gran Hacienda Florentina has a 140 square meter state-of-the-art air-conditioned home cinema. This can seat 15-18 people over three levels, in large comfy sofas. It is equipped with the latest generation of projectors, a 5-meter screen, the latest cinema surround sound system, a Blu-Ray HD DVD player, and satellite TV. Complete with the ultimate movie library, containing more than 2000 movies. Spend an evening with your guests and enjoy some popcorn and ice cream.

This property boasts seven luxurious bedrooms, five in the main villa and two in a separate and private apartment. All of the rooms are spacious and are fully equipped with both air conditioning and handmade teak ceiling fans, dressing tables, comfortable seating, hand-crafted solid-wooden furniture, and 32" LCD HD TVs with 140+ international satellite channels. All of the beds are finished with luxury memory foam mattresses, the finest Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury quilts and pillows, so a wonderful night’s sleep is always guaranteed.

Featuring its own separate entrance, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, plus a living area with 4m high feature windows offering panoramic views, and a private terrace, this luxury apartment can comfortably sleep 4-8 persons, utilizing the two bedrooms plus luxury double sofa beds in the apartment’s living room. One double bed is found on the elevated mezzanine level, whilst a double sofa bed is located within the living area. These two bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass walls giving a bright and modern feel.

All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms. Each bathroom is bright and luxurious and finished with the finest Italian marble, chrome towel rails, and a range of soft cotton luxury baths and hand towels. Maximum Villa Occupancy:
The standard number of guests for Gran Hacienda Florentina is 16. If required, it is possible to increase the number of guests by setting up extra beds within the existing rooms. The maximum capacity of this villa is 26 guests.
To accommodate additional people, we use luxury double sofa beds with 15cm memory foam mattresses and the same luxury linen. We can add these to bedrooms 1, 4, and 5, plus two in the living area of the luxury apartment. We can also add two additional single beds within bedrooms 2 and 3.
If you wish to increase the number of guests over 16, we charge £34 per person per night for each additional person for rentals of 7 days or more, and £49 for shorter rental periods. Exceptions to this clause are made only for infants under 24 months old at the time of travel.
