The large beachfront pool is surrounded by pristine white loungers, sofas and Adirondacks, and outdoor shower also allows you to have you own privacy and space away from the everyday life. This quintessential extended family vacation villa can accommodate up to 14 guests. The main house features classic Caribbean-style architecture with a large wrap-around terrace, high vaulted ceilings, chef’s kitchen, expansive decking, and stunning beachfront pool. The Guest House (can be rented separately) features its own pool and two independent guest apartments including the upper level 2 bedroom with loft space (or 3rd twin bedroom), and main level 1-bedroom; Each features its own full kitchen and private indoor and outdoor dining and lounge areas, for a combined 3 additional bedrooms within the Guest House. Best of all, from Grace Too’s beachfront you can explore the best snorkeling on the island at national-park-protected Bight Reef.

The renowned 11km Grace Bay beach, has white, sugar-fine sand, and is steps from multiple restaurants in either direction. An all-round favorite includes the ‘Somewhere Cafe and Lounge’ steps away from you. The lush, vivacious and beautiful landscaping design gives you total privacy while the untouched views of the glistening turquoise ocean remain open for your eyes to soak in. The outdoor pool barbeque allows you to enjoy a delicious sizzling meal as you indulge in all that this Villa has to offer you.

The fully equipped dream kitchen is gleaming white and pristine and comes with gas range, a bar fridge and dishwashers (stainless steel appliances). Cathedral ceilings showcase beautiful pieces of art, which you can admire from comfortable exquisite white furniture. The bold blue colour theme splashed on the bar stools and throughout the dining and living areas also with the enchanting abstract textiles and paintings. This elegant indoor dining area walks out onto the 360-degree wrap around veranda and allows for panoramic views. You can also enjoy some beachfront outdoor dining for all 16 guests of the estate. The Sono sound system installed in the house also let you listen to your favourite music as you dine or relax outside.

The duplex guest house features two more homes which include The Quarterdeck and The Cottage. A private pathway provides you with direct beach access for both homes. The Quarterdeck is the upper unit and has a fully equipped kitchen and an open, spacious living area. It also has indoor and outdoor dining areas with a Barbeque. The guest house has two beautiful master king sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a loft featuring two twin beds. Air conditioning is also built in throughout these room to ensure you own perfect temperature.

The Cottage is the lower unit and likewise, features full kitchen, living area and both indoor and outdoor dining areas with a barbeque. The King-sized Master bedroom has a bathroom with a luxurious bathtub. It also has a comfortable sleeper-sofa, and air conditioning throughout. Outside you will enjoy a serene patio-level garden oasis.

You can swim with sea turtles, eagle rays, spotted giant sea stars and conch. There are hundreds of different varieties of fish, and even the rare small black-tipped reef shark. You can also explore more locations such as the beautiful Coral Gardens, a short 300 yards to the left of the Villa. If you wish to explore the beach at your doorstep you can go shell-hunting and explore the shallows waters at your own ease.

Grace Too is a beautiful Estate is located on Grace Bay Beach, in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Approximately 15 minutes from the Providenciales International Airport (9km) Grace Too is located on the North side of Providential. It is nested in the Perfect Location as it rests between Beach Resorts and Windsong Resort, and steps from the best snorkeling and dining on the island, you will be amazed by Grace Too Villas' location on Grace Bay Beach.

Providenciales Turks and Caicos offers a wide variety of choice to suit your individual needs. Many of the restaurants are beachfront fine dining restaurants, that are minutes away from you. The estate is situated in one of the safest parts of Providenciales as it has one of the lowest crime rates. Your Villa is also Gated and high-end security system and a variety of safes throughout the Villa.
