Following the natural course of the coastline, the property enjoys a peaceful oceanfront setting. The villa is designed with a typical whitewashed design, and stone exterior, harmonizing with the local area and creating a modern ambiance. This well-appointed two-story Villa includes off-road, private parking without having to climb many steps – a rare characteristic in this elevated location. The villa includes an internal elevator to access the second floor.

Making your way into the modern and bright interiors you will find the main living areas on the ground floor. The room is flooded with light as it reflects off the pristine white walls and furnishings. The living and dining areas blend into an open-plan living space that opens directly out onto the covered terrace. Enjoying views of the sea at its core, the room is fitted with three plush sofas laced with green patterned cushions. There is a plasma screen TV mounted on one of the walls, and the space is laced with delicate artwork. Behind the living area is the dining table, seating six guests comfortably. The kitchen is based through the open arch and comes fully equipped for your stay. The smooth caramelized wooden breakfast bar seats an additional two guests. The kitchen faces the terrace, so dining alfresco is made easy.

The covered terrace is fitted with a profusion of first-class amenities to indulge in. Slip into the silky waters of the infinity edge pool in the morning as you look out over the sea. You can watch the boats sail by or indulge in that hydro-massage area. Lounge out on the outdoor sofas as you dry off, wrapped in a fresh robe, sipping on a hot cup of coffee.
