Globe View House is split over three floors to maximize the view of Los Angeles below. This cleverly designed home gives you the feeling of floating above the City of Los Angeles, whatever level of the house you are in. The main living area is a modern interconnected space, the kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 seats adjacent to the dining room, which then flows into the main living area. The kitchen is fully fitted with light oak cupboards, built in cookers and a gas hob, plus plenty of workspace to whip up breakfast, a light lunch or even dinner during your stay. If you don’t feel like cooking or eating out, why not let your dedicated Exceptional Villas Concierge arrange a Private Chef to come to the home to prepare and serve a delicious meal for you and your guests. It has all the ingredients for a glamourous evening and you can choose whether you would like to dine outside on the lower terrace, which is accessed via a cool spiral staircase or in the gorgeous dining area, with its bench style table and seating to take full advantage of the amazingly large windows, that open onto a deck that looks out over Los Angeles.

The main living area has lovely comfortable seating around a gas fireplace with a large TV mounted on the wall. The large glass bi-folding doors open onto the deck creating a larger living area extending outside, where there is additional seating and heat lamps, and looks out over the swimming pool and the city beyond.

The outdoor dining area has a BBQ grill and is on the same level as the infinity pool and hot tub – perfect to spend a day at the house relaxing, a gentle swim in the pool, relax in the hot tub, soak up the beautiful Californian sunshine on the sun loungers and then pop a steak on the grill for lunch! There is also a large seating area set around a fire pit, so you can linger outside long into the evening.

On this level of the house, there is an office area with desk and seating, a gas fireplace and large TV mounted on the wall, with patio doors opening onto the terrace. There is also a steam room on this level too.

The main staircase with glass panels and light oak distressed flooring, gives you a sense of light and space throughout the home and leads you upstairs to the bedrooms. There are four bedrooms on this level. The Master Suite has a king sized bed, built in closets, large TV, a desk which is positioned near doors which open onto a deck area and an incredible large picture, floor to ceiling window – so you can lie in bed with your morning coffee, relax and you look out over Los Angeles, it really is an incredible view. The en-suite bathroom has a full bathtub, a step-in shower and dual vanity. The other three bedrooms all have double beds, TVs, built in closets and en-suite bathrooms with showers.

There is s second staircase that leads you downstairs to a den, with comfortable seating, storage under the stairwell, a TV and a desk with a coffee machine. The perfect spot should you need to catch up on some emails or maybe a great place for the kids to have their own space.
