Welcome to Glitter Bay 304 - Golden Sunset by Exceptional Villas, an elegantly furnished and recently refurbished 3 bedroom penthouse situated within the the spectacular Glitter Bay Estate. Glitter Bay 304, is one of the largest apartments at the beachfront estate and affords two-stories of luxury living including 3 en suite bedrooms with private patios.

All modern comforts are afforded such as a granite counter tops in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble and coral stone bathrooms with English fixtures, air-conditioning throughout, cable, flat screen TV, DVD, wireless internet and more.

Two guest bedrooms are situated on the first floor, while the master suite with king bed is ideally placed on the ground floor. Each bedroom enjoys views of the Caribbean Sea from their spacious terraces.

The covered dining terrace includes a glass top coral stone table seating six persons and additional seating area. From here clients can view the manicured gardens, restaurant and bar and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

As part of the Glitter Bay Estate, guests at Golden Sunset enjoy the convenience of ample parking, a large swimming pool, beach bar, full-time security and management services. Glitter Bay is a card only resort. The property also includes a Housekeeper/Laundress 6 days per week.

Towel policy:
Beach towels are available for use during your stay. Register in the office and receive your towel tokens, these can be redeemed for towels from the Beach Butlers.

Towels can be exchanged daily and the tokens should be returned at the end of your stay. Lost towels or tokens will be charged at BDS$50 per towel.
