Glitter Bay 204 'Frangipani' by Exceptional Villas is a two bedroom apartment located on the second level (one up from ground floor) and sleeps 4 with the existing bedding, and a 5th person can be accommodated on a fold out bed or crib, payable locally.

The air-conditioned en-suite master bedroom, with ceiling fan, has a king bed with light pine wood furnishings, lots of cupboard and drawer space and leads out to the spacious balcony which has a view of the tranquil gardens, the pool and the ocean. The soft furnishings are in greens and blues add a fresh tropical feel to the room. The en-suite bathroom has a step in glassed shower and double sink Marfil vanity.

The second bedroom has two separate beds which can also be joined if needed as a king. This bedroom is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The light pine wood furnishings compliment the bright aqua and off-white hues of the soft furnishings bringing a relaxed charm to space. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a curtained shower and tub and a Marfil vanity. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms.

The open plan living area is fully air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The open plan kitchen has dark granite counter tops, large sink, electric counter top hob and oven. The stainless steel fridge with ice maker is spacious, and the kitchen is also equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with glassware, crockery, cookware, cutlery, pots, pans, bake-ware and kitchen linens. Here you can prepare your own gourmet meals or let the nearby patisserie and gourmet food shops in Holetown prepare your meals and deliver right to your door.

Alternately, being close to so many great restaurants, cafes and bistros there is never a problem regarding eating out, the only problem is which one to choose!

The living area has two large sofas. The entertainment area has a large flat screen TV with cable, multi-regional DVD player. There is a portable CD player. This is a perfect space for the family to spend time before retiring for the evening. The taupe tones of the soft furnishings continue the tropical theme and are enhanced by the tropical prints adorning the walls.
There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board all added for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided for use in the apartment and beach, and pool towels are provided at Concierge.

Both the living area and the master bedroom lead out to the very spacious balcony. Here is a six-seater oblong marble topped dining table and a wraparound wall banquet style seating area with two wrought iron chairs which is perfect for those sundowner drinks and pre-dinner cocktails. The balcony has a lovely view of the extensive gardens, pool and the ocean past the flowering shrubs and many towering coconut trees scattered on the property. Glitter Bay 204 ‘Frangipani’ is villa living with a twist.
