Enter this beautifully appointed apartment and be greeted by luxury and comfortable furnishings. Glitter Bay 109 affords lovely views of the pool, spacious gardens and there is a small glimpse of the ocean and is well suited for families.

The living area has a ceiling fan, Smart TV with internet channel and a comfortable three-seat sofa, armchair, and rattan padded chair and the large glass sliding doors which lead out to the south-facing terrace. The terrace is spacious and has a wrap-around wall seating area and two rattan chairs and an oblong wooden glass-topped dining table and six chairs. The balcony has double ceiling fans and there is a secured gate leading straight out to the pool and the beach path. There are drop-down blinds on both sides of the balcony affording privacy if needed and shade from the sun.

This apartment offers two wonderful bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a king bed, ceiling fan, internet TV and large glass sliding doors leading to the south-facing terrace. The bathroom has an open shower area with a large rain shower head and double sink vanity.

The second bedroom in this apartment has a king bed and a twin bed, TV and ceiling fan. The second bathroom is in the hallway and has an open shower with a large rain shower head and double sink vanity.

The open plan kitchen has grey ceramic countertops, large sink, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and electric stove and oven. There is also a Nespresso machine, kitchen electric grill, and a food processor. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, cookware is all provided.

The owners provide a selection of board games and toys, tennis rackets and balls, pool toys, novels, and beach coolers. This makes this apartment great for children.
