Welcome to Ginestra, a prestigious 9-bedroom property with a pool in the heart of Tuscany, just a few kilometers from the sea and renowned towns such as Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Volterra, and San Gimignano.
The villa’s panoramic location offers magnificent views from the pool and patio. All the ground-floor rooms open into the garden that surrounds the house. The property includes two private parking areas, two dining areas with large tables, a stone BBQ, and a splendid infinity pool—everything you need to enjoy relaxed evenings with friends, perhaps savoring a Florentine steak and a glass of fine Tuscan red wine.
The villa's strategic position provides easy access to the local wellness center and natural spas in the Montescudaio DOC area at the edge of the Terratico of Bibbona. It is only 15 km from Bolgheri and its world-famous vineyards, which produce Supertuscan wines such as Sassicaia, Ornellaia, and Masseto.
The heatable infinity pool measures 10×5 meters with a depth of 150 cm.

The original Tuscan architecture beautifully presents the interiors, featuring arches, vaulted ceilings, and warm colors that make the home feel welcoming and cozy. Warm colors can make a room feel more intimate and inviting. Comfort and simplicity are the hallmarks of this house, providing a comforting retreat to return to after a long day of sightseeing.
The villa has nine double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, while the other seven are on the first floor. One of the bedrooms includes a private lounge with the option for two additional beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
