Welcome to Villa Gardenia, our luxury five bedroom French rental villa, located just under 2 kms from the pleasant village of Le Paradou. The property is reached via a small country lane and a meandering driveway.

The interior of this stunning villa has been decorated and furnished with charm and an elegant style. The house features bare walls, wooden beams and superb stone floors which are mixed with eye catching splashes of colour. Villa Gardenia features a spacious and comfortable sitting room, which has a warm fireplace, book and DVD laden Provencal bookcase, large flat screen TV, DVD and Hi Fi system. There is an open plan kitchen/dining room that has direct access to the poolside terrace and is equipped with a dishwasher, gas range, fridge/freezer cooker and an espresso machine. Just off the hall, there is a guest toilet and access to the garage which has a washing machine and dryer.

On the ground floor, the first bedroom is located to the rear of the house can be set up as a double bed or two twins. It has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and toilet. There are two other downstairs bedrooms, one south facing and the other east. Both these bedrooms have double beds that can also be configured as twins. The south facing bedroom has a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, while the east facing bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, two basins and a separate toilet.

On the first floor, at the top of the landing, there is a large south facing bedroom with a double bed which has an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower, two basins and a separate toilet. Finally, the upstairs is completed by the large south facing master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, two basins and separate toilet.

This beautiful villa features a 14 x 6m pool, which has a decking surround and a pretty pool house with two toilets, a wash basin and a BBQ. To the back of the property there is a garage and ample outside parking space. To the front and poolside of the south facing house there are two large covered terraces, perfect for relaxing and dining alfresco.
