This Villa also welcomes small events such as team meetings, weddings, anniversaries, and many more. This lovely home can comfortably accommodate from 18 to 24 guests and has been designed to cater to eco-friendly luxury living. What is interesting about it is that it can also be presented as apartment options, providing privacy and independence to the guests inhabiting them. It is a versatile abode that is ready to welcome family members and friends in utmost comfort to achieve full relaxation during this time-off.

The very private location of this Villa will allows you and your loved ones to really enjoy time away. It sits on a pedestrian walk in front of the rocky Mediterranean coast, offering leisure lounge areas by the pool and on the beachfront setting. This area of Crete is devoid of currents and other dangers, so it provides a safe haven for those who enjoy long, reinvigorating swims in the open sea waters. The beach in front of the home is made of pebbles and there are restaurants and tavernas at a walkable distance from it. A variety of other beaches are just a 5 to 15 minutes drive from the Villa, so there isn’t a chance that the destination won’t meet your expectations!

To support its eco-friendly core, the complex has its own water source from a private well and underground tank; electricity is generated through solar panels and supports a central vacuum, central heating and cooling system that can be independently controlled in each room. In addition, it also has its own water treatment process that provides the healthiest and tastiest water throughout the Villa, including kitchens and bathrooms.
