Welcome to Forest Hills 35, a beautifully appointed 2 bed roomed fully air conditioned luxury Villa sleeping up to 5 people set on two floors with breath taking views of the sea, pool and lake located in the exclusive gated resort community of Forest hills.. It is just above the famous west coast renowned for its beautiful white sandy beaches and excellent swimming.

Forest Hills is the perfect place to enjoy indoor-outdoor living. The beautifully furnished living room located on the first floor has French doors that open right up so you will be able to enjoy the outdoors from within. The living room and open plan dining area leads onto a large terrace which is also beautifully furnished with very comfortable chairs and a lovely outdoor dining area. This is the perfect place to relax sunbath, read a book or just enjoy the lovely view. There is also a fully fitted kitchen.

The master bedroom features a king bed and is a beautifully appointed room with a balcony. It has a dressing room and a large en suite bath/shower room. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and comprises of twin beds. An extra bed can be provided for this room. This bedroom also has a dressing area and en suite bath and shower room.

When you stay at Forest Hills, you will you have full use of the on-site facilities at Westmoreland which comprise of an open-plan styled club house with a really excellent restaurant & bar offering an extensive menu for both lunch and dinner. There is also a stunning communal 2000 sq. ft. swimming pool with children’s section and with spacious surrounding patios and plenty of sun loungers for your comfort. Lastly there is an air-conditioned fitness center, and four championship tennis courts with flood lighting. Golf is available nearby at the Royal Westmoreland Course and all west coast beaches are within easy reach of Forest Hill.

Forest Hills is close to Paynes Bay Beach (just 2 miles away). Mullins Bay beach (10 minutes drive). There is also a complimentary shuttle bus to bring you to Mullins Bay. It is a truly stunning beach and you can avail of beach chairs and umbrellas for the day. You will enjoy swimming in the incredible warm and calm azure sea, sunbathing on the pristine beach or just resting in the shade of a palm tree. There are also an abundance of water sports here. There is also ample members parking should you decide to drive. There is an excellent selection of beach bars and restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Holetown is just 2 miles from Sugar Hill where you will find some of the best restaurants on the Island together with plenty of local and designer shopping.

STAFF just so that you feel totally pampered, Forest Hills 35 comes with your own housekeeper who will be on hand to look after you. For your added peace of mind, Forest Hills is managed by a helpful property manager who will be available should you have any questions during your stay. If you do decide to leave the sanctuary that is Forest Hills, there is an incredible selection of wonderful beach side restaurants just a short drive away
