Welcome to Footsteps at Mullins Bay, an exceptional three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse located in a prime position of the beautiful, gated community of Mullins Bay in Barbados.

This wonderful villa located just steps from Mullins Beach. The split-level home boasts beautiful décor and wonderfully comfortable furnishings.

After arriving at Mullins complex, you will instantly be greeted with a peaceful atmosphere. This home allows you to relax as well as a wonderful space where you can make memories with your friends and family.

On entering the villa, you move through to the two bedrooms which face out to the pool and enclosed garden. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has a king bed and is en suite with a luxurious bathroom. There is another bathroom on this level in the hallway.

The bedrooms in this property share a covered patio where there is comfortable seating. Here you can take pleasure in a cool drink and relax in the shade. If sun worshipping is more your thing, head out to the plush sun loungers where you can soak up the rays and cool off in the inviting plunge pool.

As the kitchen is on the second level of this home both bedrooms come equipped with a mini-fridge and tea and coffee making facilities so you can have an early morning tea or coffee relaxing in bed or sitting on the covered patio looking out over the pool and garden. This allows convenience for each guest and gives them the opportunity to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee before the day begins.

Head upstairs for the main living area, kitchen, and the third bedroom - all of which boast beautiful views of the ocean. The large bedroom reflects the beautiful and calm blues ocean beyond and is our favourite. Being the only bedroom on this floor is great for those looking for their own space and privacy. The bedroom leads out to a private balcony and if you fancy a swim just head down the spiral staircase to the pool. There is also a large bathroom is just off this bedroom.

This villa features a fully equipped kitchen boasting high-end appliances. Enjoy preparing meals for you and your guests or have morning coffee in the peace and quiet of your own company while enjoying the views of the ocean from the large bay window. This window faces east allowing for a cool and refreshing breeze to flow through your home.

Make your way through the living room which has plush and comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. This space also leads to an alfresco dining area which is the perfect place to enjoy freshly grilled fish from the local market in Speightstown.

On the third level of this home, there is a private sundeck and a small terrace. Here you can take advantage of your high position and enjoy the stunning ocean views. Spend your evening up here enjoying the wonderful night sky with your friends and family. This space really makes you feel like you are in paradise.

Footsteps is a marvelous and unique home. Boasting a superb location with access to the beach you can want for nothing. There's hotel style maid service 3 times a week to refresh the linens and towels and ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy. If you require more housekeeping services this can be arranged, payable locally.

Mullins Bay in Barbados is one of the most popular beaches on the island and is a great area for water sports and other such activities. This makes this location great for those with kids or for those that are looking for more of an adventure in Barbados.
