On entering the long, palm-fringed lane leading up to Flower Hill, you will instantly fall in love with this heavenly home even before strolling in through its ravishing double-door entrance. While you are indulging your sights with the most uniquely sensational art, you are welcome to avail of three handy bars ever ready with ice, cool drinks, beer, cocktails and coffee. The outdoor dining veranda at the Flower Hill entrance level will whisk you away with its dazzling panorama view for which this site was distinctly chosen.

Exclusive to Flower Hill is the simply remarkable views of magnificent mountains and vast glistening oceans on the main and upper level have 360-degree wrap-around expansive verandas and balconies. Delight in these incredibly designed verandas and balconies in your bedroom, each one with its own elegantly designed theme complemented by a lavish bathroom en-suite.

Anyone who stays here will revel in the glamorous heated infinity pool with the most spectacular views. The pool also has shallow lounge areas that are perfect for children, also giving it handicap access.

On the upper level, one enters the very large, centrally-located HEMINGWAY ROOM directly off the elevator. Its custom-crafted mahogany bar is a cosy gathering space amidst this home's grand architecture and wide spaces.

One focal point in the Hemingway Room is the 85" flat-screen television for which generous seating is provided for a few or an entire family to watch movies together. Beyond the TV sitting area is a favourite of all generations: the classic pool table with a view of the eponymous Flower Hill peak for which the home is named. Like all rooms up and down, the Hemingway Room opens wide to one of the several balcony seating arrangements, this one a collector's set of 1930's rattan from Hemingway's own era.

You will constantly be surprised at Flower Hill as you discover the combination of beauty and comfort at this Jamaican villa. The biggest surprise of Flower Hill is yet another level below. The SERENGETI LEVEL is huge with games room, full gym, massage room and Blue Grotto apartment.

The SERENGETI is a massive games room with large screen TV,100" projection theatre, ping pong, foosball, table shuffleboard, pinball, bathroom and even a PacMan machine. Serengeti is a wonderfully-furnished playroom for toddlers, teens and adults alike. (Just between us, teenagers love to sleep down here.)

The private Flower Hill spa has two massage tables, cedar steam room and drinks fridge. For various fees, therapists offer massages, facials, body scrubs, manicures and pedicures. Heaven with a view!

To stay in shape given the marvellous meals prepared by your personal chef, you can wander through the downstairs corridor to the air-conditioned gym. Work out on the incliner trainer treadmill, double-sided half-cage with Olympic bars, weights bench, elliptical bike, Cybex trainer, cable cross, punch kettlebells, fitness balls and yoga mats.

Then, step outside and recover from all that exertion on a lazyman lounge on the large lawn. Flower Hill's best hideaway is also located on the Serengeti level below the main level of Flower Hill. Here is the BLUE NILE, a fully-equipped apartment for a family of two, four or six additional guests. Blue Nile is furnished with a kingsize bed, trundle daybed and two 2 sitting rooms including an extra kingsize sofa bed and a fanciful outdoor garden shower. It also includes two bathrooms with showers, a kitchenette, a patio.

It would be an oversight not to shine a spotlight on the marvellous well-trained staff. Their own quarters are just across the garden in the staff house with full kitchen, garage and laundry.
