Welcome to our beautiful villa Florence which is a 3-bedroom villa located within a few minutes of the beach. The villa offers beautiful views of the sea and hillside and is surrounded by nature.

Villa Florence main level has a spacious great room with a furnished living area which opens to a covered terrace with a seating area. The living room features white sofas and the room is equipped with Blu ray player, DVD player and iPod docking station. The well-equipped granite kitchen is part of the great room and dining area with a view just beyond the glass-sliding doors.

The dining room opens onto the terrace and views and has beautiful teak table and chairs perfect for entertaining guests during the warm Caribbean evenings.

There are 2 bedrooms on the main level that feature red-cedar ceilings, cabinets, and custom furniture made from exotic wood. Each of the bedrooms have air-conditioning and a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with antique marble shower and floor, screens, a dressing area and wonderful views of the ocean and hillside.

The pool has a wooden deck surrounding it. The villa has WiFi, and French satellite TV. There is also a large area for parking,

Villa Florence comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 10 and older.
