Welcome to Fleur de Mer Villa St Barts, a modern 5-bedroom villa, perched overlooking the azure sea in St Barts. This luxurious and elegant villa features panoramic ocean views and is a short distance from some of the best beaches on the island. Accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably, villa Fleur de Mer by Exceptional Villas is ideal for a Caribbean retreat with friends or family.

Fleur de Mer expands across one main level. The main living space opens onto the terrace at the front of the property, and the bedrooms located in a separate building towards the back. Driving up to the villa you will be greeted with vibrant tropical gardens, the driveway is lined in palms and lush greenery. A pathway will lead you to the bedrooms and main living area with the terrace beyond. The terrace holds a profusion of amenities from ample sun loungers, outdoor seating, to the infinity edge swimming pool. The pool also comes heated, so it is never too cold for a relaxing swim, even during the winter season.

The living area is based in the main building where you will find the sitting, dining, and kitchen area. Here you can enjoy countless picture-perfect moments overlooking the sea. The interiors are designed using neutral and bright tones and high vaulted ceilings, reflecting light around the room. The interiors open seamlessly onto the sun-soaked terrace where you will be spending many moments in the sun. The sitting area has ample plush sofas for lounging on. The formal dining area is through the entrance hall on the opposite side and can seat up to eight guests. You can choose to dine here or under the stars by the poolside if you wish.

The kitchen comes fully equipped for your stay. LOCATION DETAILS
Villa Fleur de Mer is located along the north-westerly side of St Barth's. The property is perched up on an elevated hillside of Colombier and overlooks the sea.

The villa is near some of the nicest beaches on island. Flamand’s beach is close by. Here you can enjoy powdery sand along the shore. Another great beach is Colombier beach which is a short drive from the villa. Colombier Beach is a great beach to visit as it is off the beaten track. This beach requires a 20-minute walk along the coast, but it makes this secluded and quiet beach so worthwhile. The water is crystal clear, and the white sand is sugar fine. You can even hire a private charter to sail along the island and stop at this captivating beach, sail onto the shore (or swim!) and enjoy this wonderfully preserved paradise. We recommend bringing an umbrella for shade if you intend to spend a long day Colombier.

As the island is relatively small you are never far from any of the fun activities, excursions, and sites you may wish to explore. To drive from one end of the island to the other takes around twenty minutes! Gustaf Airport and the supermarket are a short six-minute drive from the villa.
