Fingertip Villa

Welcome to Fingertip Villa, a direct waterfront villa at the end of Sandy Point in Cayman Kai on the North Coast. It is incredibly private property as it is surrounded by the sea and a palm-shaded white sand beach. This one-story property is bordered by shallow clear waters, offering barefoot swimming and snorkeling. We do advise guests to wear shoe protection just for their own comfort and protection. This villa is the perfect combination of the modern and comfortable interior as well as having a wonderfully private location. Fingertip villa guarantees an exceptional vacation.

The property boasts a screened porch that provides beautiful sunset views over the ocean, the ultimate Caribbean view. With the sandy beach right on your doorstep, take advantage and go for a morning run or a relaxing dip in the evening as the sun sets. Have lunch down at the picnic table and have an oceanside meal or curl up into the white wicker and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Twenty-four feet of sliding glass doors disappear into the wall to join the screen porch with the main living area, which has a plasma TV, seating, and adjacent dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, standard appliances, and a coffeemaker perfect for you to cook up a Caribbean storm.

Each of the master bedrooms opens to the screened porch and both have ensuite bathrooms with large soaking tubs. One master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the other has a queen-sized bed. The twin bedroom at the front of the house can be made up as a king bedroom, and an adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Cayman Kai is off the beaten path, much quieter and more peaceful than Seven Mile Beach. The big draw to this area is the Rum Point Club. Fingertip is only a 5-10-minute walk to the famous Rum Point Club and the Kaibo Yacht Club a public beach club that offers a barefoot beach, water sports, a restaurant, bar, grill, gift shop, and beach volleyball.

After watching the sunset from Fingertip, the next most important question is whether to turn left towards Rum Point or right towards the Kaibo for dinner and drinks.
This villa is the perfect place to enjoy privacy and seclusion from the hectic outside world. Far from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach, this villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With restaurants at Kaibo, Lighthouse, and Morrity’s nearby, you can spend a whole week relaxing without a lot of time behind the wheel or walking too far either. Spend your evenings playing cards on the very large screened porch or go for a swim under the sunset on your own secluded beach. You can even do some late-night snorkeling right outside your door! The bedrooms are spread so far apart, you’ll have plenty of space to retreat and relax at the end of the day.

The entire island of Grand Cayman is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman. The homes on the oceanfront in Rum Point provide great reef-protected snorkeling. The beaches usually have plenty of white sand, but also can have spots of rocky “Ironshore” with natural rock formations. The closer you get to Rum Point, usually the sandier the beach as well as swimming. With the abundant marine life, we have in the water, you will want to wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection.

A reason this area is so popular is the proximity to the Rum Point Club, a public beach club that offers a fantastic barefoot beach, tons of water sports, a restaurant bar and grill, a gift shop, and pick-up beach volleyball games. Also, near Rum Point is the Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant, bar, and marina.
