Welcome to Filia, a luxury 5-bedroom villa located on the beautiful island of Mykonos, Greece. Mykonos is one of the most popular destinations in the Greek Islands. It is well-known for beautiful beaches, luxurious resorts, the summer party atmosphere, and wonderful nightlife.

Villa Filia is a newly renovated property in the Kanalia area on the southeast part of the island, looking on the northeastern side and offering unobstructed sunset views. Filia is very close to the cosmopolitan whitewashed lighted town of Mykonos and to the famous Ornos beach, making it a great place to have fun having easy access to the highlights of the island!

The Villa expands into three levels, the ground level, the first level, and the lower level where the guest house exists. As you enter the main house on the ground level you will find a living room area with a working station, a dining area with a sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC, and by a staircase, you end up to the first level where you will find one suite with a queen-size bed, sea view and an ensuite bathroom and one suite with King size Bed ensuite bathroom and access to a large terrace. On the lower level, we have a guest house, two guest rooms, and one staff room which all have separate entrances. The guest house has a living room area with a kitchenette and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The two double guest bedrooms have king-sized beds with ensuite bathrooms, and the last room is a single bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that can easily be a staff room.

The outdoor area is spacious, and it is ideal to accommodate gatherings and events, with a stunning private pool, outdoor lounge & dining area, barbeque & bar facilities, a glass shield on the side to protect you from the wind, and all in front of a breathtaking panoramic sea and sunset Aegean view.

The villa is located in Fanari, which offers exceptional views for guests.
