The main villa’s ground floor features high ceilings, full air conditioning, and two king-size bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. One bedroom offers access to a private, furnished patio and an office. The large entrance hall leads to an open living space and a modern kitchen fitted with high-spec appliances, ample storage, and facilities suitable for catering to large groups. Additionally, there is a separate housekeeper’s work area with full laundry facilities.

An elegant staircase leads to the upper floor, where two large master suites with air conditioning open to a private furnished upper terrace with views of the gardens and beyond. Both suites offer ample walk-in storage and closet space, and the ensuite bathrooms are well-appointed with double sinks, large showers, and one bathroom featuring an oversized bathtub.

A large, covered veranda provides fantastic views over the breathtaking private tropical gardens and the sea. Additionally, there is a poolside bathroom with a large shower and an outdoor pool shower.

Fig Tree House offers a generous double carport with an outdoor charging point and a storage facility. The property is fully secure and monitored via CCTV.

Beach Club Access at Mullins Beach - Royal Westmoreland

Larry Rogers Beach Club on Mullins Beach sustained damages during the passage of Hurricane Beryl, and it is now closed for repairs. It'll be back better than ever in a couple of months! Updates will be passed on as they are shared with us.

For those villas where the RWM membership is included in the rates, please note the following:

  • The beach is open, and guests can get a chair, umbrella, and towel from the beach attendants as customary
  • Parking at Singita Wellness is still open to guests with access cards
  • Bathroom facilities are located across the street from the beach club and are separate from Singita's bathrooms
  • SeaShed is located next door to Larry Rogers and will be open every day from 11:30am (always check directly with the SeaShed for changes to opening days/times). This is an option for meals and drinks at the guests' expense as the restaurant of the Club is closed for refurbishment.
