Welcome to Feyrouz, a 5-bedroom villa perched overlooking the Caribbean Sea in St Barts. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and enjoys views of the island and sea. In the distance, the villa perfectly overlooks the Cul-de-Sac beaches on the northern coast. With ample amenities and a great location, it is the perfect villa for your next visit to the island.

This villa is a magnificent contemporary property offering five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The villa is built on three levels. The main living area is based on this level. The living, dining and fully equipped kitchen are blending into a spacious open plan layout. Lounge in the large room with ocean views, with two sofas and two armchairs, a flat screen TV with TNT, and Sonos sound system. The ocean view kitchen is located on the left side of the room, with a high bar table and opening onto an outdoor gas barbecue area. From here you can indulge in direct access onto the sun terrace. The villa comes with its very own heated swimming pool (approx. 8 m x 3.5 m and 1.7 m deep), sun loungers, outdoor seating, and a covered alfresco dining area.

The main level includes two bedrooms, both of which enjoys access onto the patio. The two main bedrooms are located on the lowest level, both opening onto a pleasant terrace. The independent studio is located on the upper level.

LOCATION DETAILS
Saint Barthelemy is a French-speaking Caribbean island that is known for its lavish sugar-fine beaches, high-end restaurants, and designer shops. The island is commonly known as St Barts/St Barths and enjoys the dramatic landscape with soaring mountains and powdery white beaches laced along the coast. Villa Feyouz is based in Vitet. The villa is nearest to the sandy shores of Grand Cul-de-sac, Petite Cul-de-sac and Marigot.

Grand Cul-de-sac and Petite Cul-de-sac are two beach locations that offer calm waters for swimming, and further, out along the bay they also feature great surfs. Grand Cul-de-Sac is more suited to kitesurfing as the area have powerful gusts of refreshing wind ideal for catching the perfect wave. Marigot is a quieter beach suited for swimming and lounging along the pristine sandy shore. The beaches around the island are incredible so we recommend exploring as many as you can!

For shopping and fine dining, the best places to visit would be Gustavia, the capital of the lined or St Jean. St Jean is the most popular area on island for its incredible beaches, St Jean and Nikki beach, as well as incredible beachfront dining. The area has various small island style boutiques to shop in. On Sunday, Nikki beach has a Sunday beach party vibe, where locals and guests stay and enjoys drinks, food, and dancing! Gustavia hosts a larger variety of shopping opportunities, from designer brands to boutique shops.
