Centered amidst 360 degrees views of rolling Tuscan hills, this four-acre estate is surrounded by olive trees, lavender bushes, and verdant greenery. The stone villa has a romantic atmosphere that exudes serenity thanks to its exceptional interiors in neutral hues and spectacular, relaxing views. The nearby thermal water springs are a big bonus if you envision your vacation time as a wellness retreat as well!
On the main villa's ground floor, you will come across a comfortable sitting room and a spacious living area with a fireplace. This space features French doors leading to an outdoor pergola. Gracious dining room with a table that seats 6 (extends up to 12) and French doors that drench the interiors in the light — fully-equipped kitchen, with wood-burning stove, connecting with the outdoor patio for al fresco dining.
First Floor: Small, cozy study with fax and computer. Direct access, down steps, to the front driveway.
Annexe I (separate entrance): Kitchenette area with refrigerator and French doors with direct access to lawn and lounging area.
Annex II (separate entrance up steps): Kitchenette area with refrigerator and fireplace.
