Falconhead Grande

Welcome to Falconhead Grande by Exceptional Villas, a majestic 10-bedroomed luxurious lodge, consisting of two separate homes with a commanding position overlooking the ski area of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. These residences can accommodate up to 32 guests very comfortably and are therefore ideal for extended large families or groups of friends who wish to be together with the added luxury of plenty of private space.

Falconhead Grande is conveniently equipped with an elevator to connect the residences with each other, or an alternative way of getting from one to the other is via the sweeping open staircase which descends along four floors beside huge cathedral windows. When combined, the property occupies an impressive 14,000 square feet of living space, allowing for tons of living spaces over all floors.

Both residences are accessed by the top level of the building through the heated garage containing built-in lockers. The next level down (main level) in each property contains a Great Room, with an open plan design encompassing the living area, dining area and superb gourmet kitchen. These fabulous spaces feature high vaulted ceilings, rustic wide-plank wooden flooring and magnificent stone fireplaces. Both living areas are impeccably furnished with opulent leather couches surrounding the beautiful fireplaces and from where to view a large flat screen TV or admire the fabulous distant mountain views through the floor to ceiling windows. Huge balconies are accessible from these areas, where you can absorb the atmosphere of the ski village below.

Both great rooms also feature fully equipped gourmet fitted kitchens with exquisite wooden cabinetry and large islands with seating for 5 where guests can gather round to eat, enjoy a drink or simply watch the cook at work. You can also cook on the BBQ Grill which is located outside on the balcony. You can either cook for yourselves or we can arrange for a wonderful private chef or 2, allowing for everybody to make the most of their vacation.

The adjoining elegant dining area in both properties provides seating for 12 at a sprawling dining table with mountain views while you dine.

Falconhead Grande also has additional kitchens, dining and living areas on both middle floors, equally as impressive in layout as those on the upper floor.

The lower levels of both properties have wonderful entertainment areas where your guests can gather in recreation rooms/sports bars. Here, your guests can enjoy a game of pool or watch the big game on flat screen TVs. Both bar areas have refrigerators, wine fridges and dishwashers. From these rooms you have direct access to outdoor covered decks, both equipped with a hot tub.

The opulent Master Bedrooms in both residences feature gas fireplaces and have covered private balconies. Additional Master Suites provide breathtaking views of the valley and mountains. The spacious bunk rooms can be split into two smaller bedrooms allowing great flexibility with the bedroom arrangements. Master bedrooms and suites have luxurious en suite private bathrooms, whilst the bunk rooms share the bathrooms with the living areas.

Since these residences are not internally connected, it is possible to rent either property individually, particularly if you have a smaller group.

Winter guests can avail of an on-call shuttle service which will pick you up and bring you to Gondola Square and also to the wonderful downtown restaurants and shopping areas of Steamboat.
