Set on 5 acres of land, this 3-bedroom villa is located in one of the most special and private parts of St Martin while still being just a short 10-minute walk from the beautiful Plum Bay Beach and local amenities.

This newly refurbished villa has a beautiful open-plan living room and kitchen tastefully decorated to keep the natural surroundings in mind. The bright and airy kitchen is fully functional, with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry. There is also an eat-in breakfast bar- the perfect spot for a morning coffee with your friend/partner while making a fresh fruit salad for breakfast. Continuing through the villa, you will find a spacious living area with a round dining table and four wooden chairs. Next to the dining table, you can find a beautiful white linen sofa and chairs.

The most amazing part of this villa is the wraparound veranda running the entire property length, providing 180° views across the ocean. The veranda can be accessed through the large glass sliding doors from the living room. This veranda also offers covered areas perfect for outside living and dining or keeping an eye on the kids while they play in the pool. The veranda has a full-size dining table designed to enjoy the beautiful sunset St Martin offers. Adjacent to the outside dining area is a cozy little nook with a sofa and chairs. What better way to finish off the most amazing day of snorkeling in the nearby beach blue waters than sipping on an ice-cold glass of Sauvignon Blanc while watching the sunset over the Caribbean ocean?

The garden and pool area can be accessed via a few steps from the veranda. Here, you’ll find the private pool, sunbeds, further dining areas, and ample garden space, all surrounded by palm trees, shrubbery, and exceptional ocean views.

Villa Falaise des Oiseaux offers two king-size bedrooms both of which have stunning ocean views, a natural and minimalistic décor, flat-screen TV, and brand-new en-suite bathrooms with glass-surround rain showers. The bedrooms can be accessed from the living room or the veranda outside. Just imagine watching the sunrise from your bed while enjoying your morning coffee. Bliss!

This secluded beach is surrounded by limestone cliffs and is famous for sunset views, snorkeling, and surfing. The village of Cupecoy in Dutch St. Maarten is ideal if you want to go out for a bite to eat somewhere local or do your grocery shopping, as it is just a 10-minute drive from the villa. St. Maarten is just a 30-minute drive from Falaise des Oiseaux, where you will be spoiled for choice with things to do. If you are looking for thrill-seeking activities, why not visit Loterie Farm? Visitors can hike, lounge in a pool cabana, or even take a zip line through the treetops on the 135 acres of forest and farmland located near the foot of Pic du Paradis. If you are a family that loves the sea, you can charter your own sailboat or yacht. What a treat! Other activities such as sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, snorkeling, diving, and any other watersport you can imagine are all easily arranged with our Concierge Team
