Welcome to Fairway View, a stunning 7 bedroom villa located in Reunion Resort in Orlando. The villa is in a great location within five miles of Disney World and has fantastic amenities to offer at the Resort.
The villa has a beautiful décor and is furnished to a very high quality, with luxurious and plush furniture throughout. The living area features a L shaped sofa with a flat screen Television which is the perfect area to spend time with friends and family.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need to make all your meals. The villa has beautiful formal and casual dining areas where everyone can eat their meals together. Our concierge can organize a chef to come in and cook for everyone at an additional cost.
The kitchen also has a breakfast bar that can seat up to two people. This is a great area to have a quick coffee or snack throughout the day. The pool area is beautiful featuring a large pool with a spill over tub and a large deck with sun loungers and outside seating. It is a fantastic area for Alfresco dining overlooking the Fairway view of the golf course.
The villa also has a games room that has a pool and foosball table, flat screen TV and a bar with stools. The villa has air conditioning throughout with complimentary Wifi and private parking.
Fairway View has 7 bedrooms in total which are all ensuite with a flat screen television in the room. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and has its own private access to the pool deck.
When you book Fairway View villa, you will have access to the facilities at Reunion Resort which include the walking trails, community swimming pool, the restaurants onsite, bike hire and the children’s activities on site. For each week you spend at the resort, you will be able to secure a pass that will allow a single day’s membership. The fee for membership is US$25, and this will cover up to 8 persons. If your party is over eight persons and you require additional passes, there is a fee of US$5 plus tax for each additional guest. Children aged 3 and under don’t require a pass.
We advise for guests to arrange their membership at least five working days before their first use. Our concierge specialist would be delighted to assist guests with this. When you book Fairway View with Exceptional Villas, we include full concierge service in the rate, so our guest specialist can help plan your entire trip which makes the planning that bit easier for you. They can book restaurants, park tickets, chef service, car rental, etc. and this is all included in the rate.
Some activities such as the water park, golf course, and tennis courts require additional admission fees for entry:
• Water park: $18 per adult, $12 per child
• Golf: $185 (Jan - May), $125 (Jun-Dec) per person, per round
• Tennis: $20 per person, per day

• A sales and tourism tax of 13.5% plus resort fees will be added to the published rates upon booking.
• Saturday to Saturday bookings are preferred
• If the reservation is 7+ nights, cleaning is included in the rate
• Check-in time is 4 pm and check out is before 10 am
• 20% deposit required on booking and the remaining balance is due 12 weeks before arrival.
• Unique digital lock- a unique door code will be assigned to guests before arrival so they can go straight to the property on arrival.
