Welcome to Villa Fabrizia, a perfectly located 8 bedroom villa in St Barths. The villa is situated in the capital of Gustavia in St Barths where guests can walk to the many shops, bars, restaurants and boutiques. Gustavia’s hillside and exclusive Domaine du Soleil Couchant is the setting of the deliciously private Fabrizia Estate, where the ambiance is rivalled only by the panoramic vista of the picture-postcard harbour and spectacular sunsets.

Gustavia is one of the prettiest harbour towns in the Caribbean. Its steep bay walls tumble to a rectangular waterfront with attractive red-roofed buildings overlooking the harbour from three sides. There is a lovely board walk around much of the waterfront. Here you will find lots of small boats and tenders moored at the restaurants and bars which gives it a lovely atmosphere.


In the winter season, Gustavia is one of the most fashionable places in the world with many luxury yachts moored shoulder to shoulder. On shore the streets are steep and narrow and full of character. There is often a lively buzz around many of the bars and restaurants particularly along the boardwalk. The streets are lined with serious fashion names such as Louis Vuitton and Hermes as well as some beautiful boutiques and designers that are unique to St Barths.


The villa is also located very close to Shell Beach making it the perfect choice for the family vacation to St Barths

The entrance of this Gustavia Villa opens to reveal a boardwalk surrounding the gorgeous swimming pool. The terrace has spectacular views over Gustavia Harbour and comes with an outdoor dining gazebo perfect for dining alfresco with the whole family and it also includes a heated Jacuzzi. Fabrizia’s décor is casually elegant with lovely tropical touches for that on-vacation ambiance and sensational views abound throughout.

A series of stylish pavilions house the main living areas including a spacious living room, dining room, the kitchen and the villa’s eight bedrooms.


Dual staircases lead up to four of the bedrooms. The bedroom to the far right features a 4-poster king bed; the bath is just across the way and features a sunken tub, double vanities and an outdoor shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and a nearby bath and also includes an outdoor shower. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a bath comparable to the second bedroom. The fourth bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent bath with double sinks and an outdoor shower.

Three more bedrooms (queen, king, king) are located on the lower level and have romantic, draped 4-poster beds and double vanity baths (two of which are en suite). Each of these bedrooms boasts its own terrace overlooking the wonderful view. An 8th bedroom with 4 sets of bunk beds sleeping 8 guests this room is ideal for teenagers and comes with an en suite bath. Fabrizia is the perfect choice for the extended family vacation to St Barths. The villa can sleep up to 22 people!
