Welcome to Villa Eugenia, a wonderful 6-bedroom property strategically located at the top of a rugged clifftop on the romantic Italian Amalfi Coast.

This incredible building was once an historic Watchtower which has now been lovingly restored and transformed to a 3 level villa commanding outstanding views of the sea and unspoilt Amalfi coastline in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. Villa Eugenia offers a romantic, rustic setting, in a private secluded location yet still very close to the nearby busy towns of Maiori, Amalfi, and Ravello. The property also offers private access to the sea by way of a winding path that leads down to a secluded cove.

Villa Eugenia is a fine example of traditional Italian architecture, combined with modern day luxuries and warm Amalfi hospitality. On the ground level, the fully-equipped kitchen with pantry is where your personal chef will create delicious Italian dishes for you, using wonderful local fresh produce. The spacious living area and separate dining room both offer magnificent views. The second level is accessed by an external staircase and features a large sitting-room with stunning panoramic views, a fireplace and a large flat screen TV, stereo with CD player. The villa also boasts a very well-equipped fitness room. Each area of the property is both bright and colourful with ornate tiles and a mixture of simple yet elegant antique and more modern furnishings.

Several panoramic terraces are dotted around the property, all perched over and facing the sea. These terraces provide perfect relaxation areas or for eating al fresco with unforgettable views in the refreshing sea breeze. Villa Eugenia also features a double-level outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers. The property is set on a lush green estate scented by lemon groves and citrus flowers offering fabulous walks. A golf buggy is also available for guests to use for exploring around the property.

The Amalfi Coast is a beautiful and renowned stretch of mountainous coastline south of Naples, in Campania. The southern side of the peninsula is dotted with picturesque villages and towns clinging giddily to cliffs. The main town of the coast is, of course, Amalfi, and this makes a good base for exploring the area. Ravello is famous for its beautiful gardens perched high in the mountains above the sea, and for its classical music concerts. Both towns are within 40 minutes drive of Villa Eugenia.

Staff
Guests staying at Villa Eugenia will enjoy the daily services of a daily personal chef to cook lunch and dinner, a butler and a maid for breakfast and room cleaning.

• This villa is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
• Security deposit: €3,000 to be withheld by CC by the property – to be communicated one week before arrival (AmEx and Diners NOT accepted)
• Visitor’s tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.

• Late arrival fee (after 8:00 pm): €120
