The property has private parking as well as Wi-Fi throughout, so you can stay connected to your loved ones back at home. The large heated infinity pool on the terrace offers incredible views over the lush green hills of Lurin, as well as the deep blue ocean. Watch the yachts sailing to and from Gustavia, and in the evening, marvel at the sight of the sun setting over the beautiful expansive horizon. Lined with cream-colored deckchairs which face out to the water, the poolside deck gives you and your guests the chance to truly relax while soaking in the magnificent views.

On one side of the pool, a lovely gazebo offers a great place to have cocktails or your morning coffee. The gazebo is level with the pool, with a swim-up counter so you can freely chat with your guests as they float around under the sun. The outdoor lounge can be found to the side of the terrace, offering more seclusion. With a comfortable white couch and an outdoor TV, this is the perfect place for outdoor movie nights on the warm summery evenings.

Underneath the covered part of the terrace, you will find several plush chairs as well as a large dining table for tasting local delicacies, or relaxing in the shade. The outdoor dining terrace connects directly to the professional kitchen, fully equipped with all the latest appliances. Three additional bedrooms are located on the lower level of the property, including the master suite with its own heated jacuzzi on the private terrace. All five bedrooms are ensuite, with an Italian shower and twin washbasins.
