Espiritu Casita 1 is home to six beautifully decorated bedrooms, ready for up to 12 guests to enjoy. Almost all of them open up to incredible views of the sea or the Villas’ private garden. All the bedrooms come with king or double beds, and the children’s room is complete with two double and two queen beds in a cathedral bunk bed style; this is an amazing room for the sleepover of a lifetime. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom is equipped with a bathtub perfect for relaxing after a day out; the beautiful, ornate chandelier above the tub makes the experience all the more special.

At Espiritu Casita 1, the living room is the place to be. With a three-sided, cozy sofa and satellite television, the living room is perfect for watching movies, having a family game night, or using it as a casual place for some fun conversations. It also houses a formal dining table that seats up to eight guests. Adjacent is the Villa’s gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar, this is perfect for informal dining experiences, or guests can choose to enjoy their meals outdoors in the Mexican sun while they admire the sea views. Both breakfast and lunch are taken care of by your very own personal chef and butler.

The Casita’s outdoor area is where so much fun takes place. The infinity pool is great for swimming laps and just taking a relaxing dip to cool down for a few minutes. There are also lots of chaises and lounging arrangements for you to relax and enjoy reading a good book.

The décor in the Casita is a combination of traditional Mexican and contemporary. The dark hardwood furnishings are complimented by colorful textiles and patterns, and the light stone, tiled floors are a lovely contrast. The Villa is also a great home away from home, with a relaxing atmosphere while also providing the feeling of true luxury.

Espiritu Casita 1 is the best destination you could choose for your holiday. It has the perfect combination of location, facilities, and luxury. This home is situated next to the five-star One & Only Palmilla resort. A short 5-minute golf cart drive will bring you to the resort's restaurants, bars, a world-class spa, and the 27-hole Jack Nicklaus signature Palmilla golf course. Please be advised that access requires a reservation in advance. These can be made before arrival at your villa or through your butler/concierge services while in residence. The resort swimming pool and private beach are for in-house guests only.

Espiritu Casita 1 is located near not one, but two of the best beaches in Mexico, Playa del Amor and Playa El Medano. These beaches are incredible places to spend the day, enjoy your time here, and have fun.
