Welcome to Villa Encore, a luxury 6-bedroom villa located on the hillside of Terre Basses in St Martin. The villa is tastefully decorated and offers a very spacious living area perfect for a large family.

The villa is modern and offers guests the utmost comfort with much space. The outdoor terrace offers daytime sunshine by the heated swimming pool with lovely seating areas for you to relax while reading a book. The garden offers space and privacy for all guests.

The absolute tranquillity and magnificent views in late afternoon hours make this gorgeous, spacious and beautifully decorated house an extremely attractive choice for anyone seeking serenity in a contemporary yet classic family home. The villa also has a gym for those seeking a more active vacation to St Martin.

Inside, the villa is nicely decorated with lovely furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a lovely breakfast counter if you opt to eat inside but if you are looking for alfresco dining, why not choose the lovely wicker seating and dining area on the terrace? Steps lead down to a nice BBQ area with a large dining table and outdoor fridge.

This luxury villa comes with six luxury, equal size bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on one wing, and three bedrooms are on the other wing.

The first en-suite bedroom features a king-size 4-poster bed with lovely garden views. There is a very large walk-in closet for added comfort. The second bedroom is decorated in cream and brown shades and is also a king-size bedroom that leads out to a sunny seated courtyard. The third bedroom on this wing uses a lovely duck egg blue tone in its interiors and also features a king-size bed. The en-suite has an indoor/outdoor shower. The third bedroom leads out to the terrace and pool.

20 Steps leads up to a covered daybed with wonderful sea views which overlook the pool and garden. This is the best place to catch some shade and relax.

The 4th and 5th bedrooms are located on the other wing of the house. The 4th bedroom is king with nice sea views in the distance. The tones here are lovely brown and turquoise.

The new sixth bedroom is now available – It is located a few steps away from the main house, in a separate cottage.

The final bedroom is the Master Suite which is silver and white toned with a private balcony with a seating area and table perfect for having a morning coffee. The master bedroom has a large dressing room, and the bedroom and bathroom have a TV.
