Welcome to Emerald Beach 1, a charming 3 bedroom semi-detached villa located in one of the nicest beachfront developments in Barbados. Nestled on a beautiful palm-fringed, crescent-shaped shoreline right on the stunning Gibbs Beach which stretches northwards towards Mullins Bay. The stunning white sandy beach at Gibbs is just a few steps from Emerald Beach 1. Here you will enjoy swimming in the incredibly warm and calm azure sea. For the more energetic, there is an abundance of water sports available on the beach on the nearby Mullins Beach.

There is a good selection of beach bars and restaurants also close by in Mullins Bay and Speightstown is just a few minutes drive from Emerald Beach where there is a good selection of shops including a supermarket, bakery, and bank. Golfing is available in nearby Westmoreland and Holetown is also just a 15-minute drive away where you will find some really good local and designer shopping.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
Coastal works in front of Greensleeves (neighbouring property) are scheduled to commence on April 21st & end August 2022. There may be some disruption to EMERALD BEACH BOOKINGS during this period with heavy equipment.
Emerald Beach #1 may also experience some intermittent noise due to construction on a nearby property being constructed on the northern end of the property.
