Eden is surrounded by lush manicured gardens and offers space, privacy and wonderful views to discerning guests. Eden is a magnificent five-bedroom colonial-style villa and cottage that is the embodiment of luxury and subtle refinement. From the moment you arrive at Eden, you will feel you have landed in luxury, you will be greeted by our wonderful team of staff who will be on hand to cater for your every need throughout your stay.

On entering villa Eden, the wonderful entrance hall features a sweeping marble staircase that leads to an elegant living space equipped with an entertainment centre. From here three sets of doors open out onto the wonderful terrace area which offers splendid views. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail before dinner or a relaxed meal alfresco with family and friends. The home provides spacious luxury accommodation, combined with beautiful decor and the best of outdoor living. The terrace offers a sizeable seating and dining area that can entertain up to twelve persons.

The terrace overlooks the stunning pool as well as has charming views of the Caribbean Sea beyond. The large pool area is a wonderful place to sit back and relax on a sun lounger while reading a book or enjoy a morning sunbathing followed by a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool.

Villa Eden at Sugar Hill offers 5 luxury bedrooms, four of which can be found in the main house and the 5th bedroom is located in the self-contained cottage. All bedrooms are beautifully furnished and air-conditioned each with its own spacious marble en-suite bathroom. A short walk across the pool deck, you will find the self-contained cottage consisting of a large kitchen, en-suite bedroom with doors that open onto its own garden and outdoor seating area.

Guests of Villa Eden can also enjoy complimentary beach membership at the prestigious Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, which is a five-minute drive from Sugar Hill. Facilities here include complimentary towels, beach chairs and umbrellas together with a snack bar. Water sports are also available.

Eden has a core team of well-trained, talented and friendly staff which include a Cook and a Housekeeper, who are flexible to accommodate your needs, ensuring that your stay is relaxing.
