Welcome to Villa Dunes St Barts, a magnificent 6-bedroom villa with a modern aesthetic, located centrally on the island of St. Barts, near the southern shore.
Sleek in design and construction, this villa’s aesthetic is decidedly contemporary; the angular shapes and long, uninterrupted lines of the main villa building are supported by stone facades and walls, that feature throughout the foundation and perimeters. The gorgeously landscaped lawns and surrounding gardens help to bring an organic touch to the property, and set into the mountains, it enjoys a breathtaking view over Saline Beach and the sparkling Caribbean beyond.
Inside, the spacious villa uses tonal greys with accents of wood to complement the minimalist but spacious rooms, with white walls maximizing on the size of the rooms. Large, retractable glass windows show a vista on display from the lounge area, while vastly increasing the amount of natural light in the room. White, low-backed, and plush, three identical sofas are arranged opposite each other, yet perfectly aligned, an ideal gathering spot for large groups to sit and enjoy casual conversation or a glass of wine in the evening.
Villa Dune encourages minds to unwind and relax with its deliberate choice of minimal décor and uncluttered rooms, but also encourages physical relaxation too, with the shaded palapa outside where a personal masseuse may be arranged to work out the kinks and loosen the tautness in the body. The villa is also afforded not one, but two swimming pools, to keep the heat of the tropical climate at bay in the cool waters. For guests who wish to keep up their fitness regime, a fully-equipped fitness center is available for use with both cardio machines and weights.
The main villa hosts 4 of the six bedrooms available and can house eight people. Two separate bungalows are within a minutes’ walk of the villa and host the remaining two. One of the bungalows contains its own smaller kitchen that serves both bungalows. Both bungalow bedrooms enjoy their own private terraces that are furnished to help guests experience the tranquility that Villa Dune has to offer.
All bedrooms are furnished with luxurious king-size beds, with high-quality linens dressing each bed and guaranteeing a restful and peaceful night of sleep. All bedrooms, including the bungalows, are equipped with their own en-suite bathrooms; the master suite in the villa and one of the bungalow en-suites also has an outdoor shower, making for a refreshing and rejuvenating start to the day.

LOCATION DETAILS
Situated in a more secluded area of St Barts, the area surrounding Villa Dune offers splendid scenery and quiet surroundings, ensuring guests will be safe and secure in the privacy of the villa. The location of the villa makes it perfectly poised to enjoy all that the island of St. Barts has to offer; there are pristine beaches the length and breadth of the island to enjoy, with crystal clear waters and silky sands underfoot. The west holds Gustavia, the capital of the island with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants, to allow guests have their retail therapy, experience the nightlife, sample the local cuisine, and for those with a love of history, explore some of the distinctive histories that the island is partial to. The small size of the island also makes many of its finest features even more accessible; this makes it easy to explore it in a matter of a few days. For watersports and all related activities, you can head over to Grand Cul-De-Sac (5.2km), one of the best spots on the island for surfing, standup paddle-boarding, windsurfing, kayaking, and much more. If guests find an interest in the history of the island, a good place to start would be Gustavia itself, where the influences of past ruling countries still remain today, including Fort Karl, left by the Swedish, to protect the island in the 1700s.
