Welcome to the extravagant Dragonfly, a brand new 7-bedroom luxury villa residing upon Garden Hill, commanding some of the most spectacular views of the Caribbean of all the villas in the Tryall Estate.

The pinnacle in luxury villas, no expense has been spared in its construction; this sizeable villa spans a staggering 20,000 sq. ft in size, hosts two floors, enjoys the largest swimming pool in the entire 2,200 acre Tryall Estate, and has ample outdoor space for guests to take full advantage of. The villa's entrance is located on the upper level, built into the slope of Garden Hill and with the rear of the property facing towards the shimmering waters of the ocean and surrounding estate.

The best of the old and the new has been extended to the construction of Dragonfly, with traditional Jamaican architecture combined with more contemporary features and conveniences of modern-day living; surrounded by a lush landscaped garden to complete the aesthetic, a tropical paradise awaits. Numerous spots to relax and bask in the sun are spread throughout the property, both under the wide verandah with comfortable seating in the shade or out on the stone terrace that frames the large pool. An array of sun loungers have been arranged around the edge of the water to catch the most sunlight, and several sun shelves are built into the side of the pool wall, a feature that makes it easy to relax in the shallower water and still enjoy the sun. The pool itself surrounds a shaded gazebo where an outdoor pool bar has been installed, complete with wide couches and chairs facing a widescreen TV.

While the allure of the outdoor features can make guests reluctant to come inside from their fun in the sun, the interior space is just as impressive; wide, spacious rooms sit beneath lofty ceilings throughout the villa, contributing to the sense of scale the property commands. Both feature and function, the high ceilings, combined with ceiling fans and air conditioning, help to facilitate pleasant and cool temperatures when the tropical climate reaches its zenith.

There’s ample space and room for guests to spread out and enjoy. The living room, dining room and main kitchen all reside in the upper level, alongside the bar, all with access to the upper veranda with a large dining table set for 12; the option to have dinner al fresco has never been more tempting. The indoor dining area can also be converted into a board room should the need arise. A huge games room and home theatre occupy the centre of the lower level of the villa; table tennis, card games and chess are just some of the options available, not to mention the widescreen TV and Xbox console fully equipped for 4-player fun. The home theatre is ready to deliver high quality screenings of a wide library of films, complete with surround sound to enhance the experience; as you get comfortable in the luxurious reclining chairs with a drink in hand, your future cinema experiences will never be the same. For those wishing to keep on top of their fitness regime, a fully equipped gym is located on the lower level, beneath the pool deck.

The upper floor contains most of the bedroom suites in the east and west wings, including the master bedroom. The remaining three are to be found on the lower level. Each bedroom contains a luxurious king size bed and are dressed in high quality linens to ensure the best nights’ sleep possible; some rooms have the option of converting to twin beds if required. Each room has a sleek, private en-suite attached, with double showers afforded. Several rooms also contain broad bathtubs, perfect for sinking into warm waters that soothe the body and soul. One large bathroom has been equipped with ADA compliant features for ease of accessibility. Breathtaking views are on show from each bedroom, as well as a private seating area from which to enjoy it.

THE TRYALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP
At The Tryall Club, the team is committed to continually improving their services and offerings to ensure that guests have the best possible experience during their stay. The Tryall Club is a private members club, so all guests 13 years of age and older are required to take out a Temporary Membership, which will be charged upon arrival at check-in.

Temporary Membership Dues now start at USD $32 per day, plus a 15% service charge, for guests ages 16 years and older who stay for one to four days. For guests who stay for five to seven days, the Temporary Membership Dues are now US $160 plus a 15% service charge. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years and younger, Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary.

LOCATION DETAILS
Located on the north-west coast of Jamaica, residing within the prestigious Tryall Club Estate on a 2,200-acre resort, Villa Dragonfly sits atop Garden Hill, enjoying a fantastic vantage point from which to survey the beauty of Jamaica’s landscape, coastline, and the shimmering turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea that surrounds it. There’s plenty of activities within the estate itself, many of which the membership covers without extra cost; the Tryall Club has nine tennis courts, a private beach, water sports, restaurants, an organic garden, a kids’ club, a spa, and a fully-equipped gym, and these are a short golf cart ride away. The villa is just a short distance from the famous 18-hole championship golf course, having hosted many professional golf tournaments and events. Alternatively, the island is best traversed by use of a car, if adventure takes you beyond the Tryall Club domain. Montego Bay, the capital of the St James parish of Jamaica, is chock full of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, sure to entertain and delight, as well as cure any lingering need for retail therapy.
