Dimora Dei Semplici has three living rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a summer kitchen on the terrace with a barbecue grill and pizza oven, and two gorgeous swimming pools. Up to 12 lucky guests can enjoy the indoor and outdoor spaces, where lavender-scented breezes mingle with the warm air.

This Villa is ideal for a large family longing for a private and self-contained vacation. The benefit of two separate pools is that guests of varying ages can divide and conquer, creating a quiet, poolside ambiance or a more active, chatty vibe. There are multiple spaces outdoors to relax, either in full sun or shade, with beautiful, contemporary sun loungers and furniture.

When you drive into your country retreat, you will be impressed by the pretty, original structures in natural stone and pure white finishes. The property is a masterclass in fresh, clean exteriors and cool stone interiors. Beautiful decorative features like unfinished natural stone walls, domed arches, and fireplaces reference the region's architectural style.

The strong stone-flagged floors internally flow out onto the covered terraces. There are ample spaces for guests to dine as one group, both inside and outside. LOCATION:
Dimora Dei Semplici is located in Puglia, technically in the heel of Italy. Brindisi Airport is about 50 minutes by car, and Bari Airport can be reached in about 90 minutes. This luxurious Villa has the enviable position of being equidistant from Ostuni and Martina Franca, two beautiful, historic Italian towns.

A 30-minute drive will take you to the coast, where you have many pristine beaches. The quality of the sandy beaches, the crystal-clear waters, and the unspoiled nature all around have made this Mediterranean destination so admired.

In addition to the remarkably picturesque coastline, there are fabulous trails and paths that guests can explore on foot or by bicycle. The cycle path along the Itria Valley is renowned, and Dimora Dei Semplici guests can join it within 700 meters of the property. There are complimentary bikes onsite for guests to use.

The Itria Valley is famous for its glorious views, including vineyards, olive groves, wooded slopes, flower-filled fields, and pretty villages. The main town of the Valley is Martina Franca, and you can drive there from the Villa and wander the quaint, cobbled streets. This town is steeped in history and a great place to dine or shop.

Out and about in the region, the unique Trulli – the cone-topped stone houses – traditional dwellings of Puglia are seen everywhere. You will love to stop and explore small communities, find charming cafes for divine local dining, or pick up fresh produce to enjoy back at your villa retreat.
